This hiring manager has to be extremely prejudice. He ask me in for an interview and said I need help. I called him numerous times then he said oh I will shoot you an email because he had no reason to not give me the job plus I have worked at Starbucks previously. Then I see in my email you have not been selected why when you have terrible reviews and people are dissatisfied with the drinks? Maybe you want your customers to have nasty drinks.Honestly, I need to try somewhere else not here I probably would be unhappy anyway. That’s his lost moving on..

Staff were kind and attentive. Wait was FOREVER, but I could tell that was going to be the case and I still choose to go.. so that's in me. Food was fresh and yummy, drink was just how it should be!

This place hits home to see notes on coffee really makes it personal very nice way to start the day. Extremely great staff. And they do a awesome job. Highly recommended

great service, they’re usually packed so please have grace for the people working. wish they would update hours online but i get it. all of these other reviews are so critical of the workers when in reality, it’s because all of you stupid people are entitled and don’t treat service workers like people. these workers have half the mind to not throw y’all’s coffee on you.

I shouldn't have to tell you this but, if you decide to close 5 hours before your posted closing time, with a drive through line that wraps around the building, maybe just maybe tell the folks in line so they don't wait 25 minutes just for more disappointment.... Merry Christmas

CORRECT YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE!!! It is not ok that this location constantly closes when they aren’t supposed to on random days and it says nothing about it online. You can’t call to double check before making 25 minute drive there because they don’t answer the phone if they are open and obviously don’t answer if they don’t. I don’t get how they don’t think that people make long-ish drives to go there to find it closed, their hours aren’t correct online and no one answers the phone. I gave it two stars because they are nice employees and make orders correct. However, the last two times I was able to go and by some miracle they were open, I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes once and another time 30. Tonight I wanted to go because I was in the area and during the holiday shopping season with a million stores surrounding them, they refuse to pick up the phone or have correct store hours on Google.

What is the point of preordering if I have to wait in the ridiculously long drive thru line anyways. Great systems. Makes no sense.

The line was extremely long, practically around the parking lot and I hesitated to wait but proceeded to anyway and I’m glad I did. I had the pleasure of talking with Mike while waiting for my order and he was great conversation. They were clearly short staffed and were doing great handling the pressure. Thank you Mike and the rest of the staff for my drink! Stay strong and safe through these times!
