Customer service has always been hit or Miss at this location, however, the last 2 times we have been here, we have had good experiences. The food is always delicious. This visit, our server, Riley, was excellent.

One of the diners in our party had to send her fried clams and Cocoanut shrimp back as both dishes were over-cooked. A request for a second serving of biscuits had to be repeated twice before they arrived - at the end of the meal. Overall, pretty disappointing.
First time visit. Arrived just before lunch time. Greeted and seated upon entering. Waitress was a pleasure and very tentative. Service was excellent. Food arrived in a timely manner. It was presented really nice and everything from the shrimp, scallops, salad and baked potato was really good. You can't beat the excellent biscuits either. The entire meal was good. Would return if ever passing through the area again. Keep up the great work.
We were pleased with the easy access and plentiful parking spaces.Our server's name was Victoria and she was very informative and cordial alike.She was very soft-spoken and kind.Our glasses were never empty, our food was precisely how we ordered it and came out promptly.The entire dining experience was phenomenal.The restaurant was clean and seating was spacious and apart from others for a nice conversation during our meal.Highly recommended for the ambiance and the food alike!Thanks Victoria_ hope to see you again soon.
Very disappointed, This is not "fine dining" anymore. This used to be the place to go to get good seafood. Spent over $100.00 for bad food for two people and won't go back again. Table, seat and silverware were dirty, ordered the date night special $65.00+. Everything we got was bad quality. Not sure why everything has changed here. Clam chowder was watered down (used to be thick and full of clams and potatoes), stuffed mushrooms were full of bread filler and nothing else, service was horrible on top of that, she would tell us our food was ready and not bring it out and kept doing that?!?. I couldn't even eat the lobster tail it tasted horrible and very chewy! (frozen or rock lobster?!?! ) we both got two lobster tails and both of them tased different and NOT in a good way?!?. This place has gone down hill and it's too bad. I used to love going here. I would have been happy to spend over $100.00 if the food was good.
Excellent meal!!! I ordered take out. Still warm when I got home steak and lobster daily deals. Cooked to perfection, delicious!!! Was just about ready when I arrived hardly no wait time. Cashier was friendly.
Delaney was an awesome server! Hadn't visited since 2016. Lots of new offerings along with many of the old. The food was fantastic. Along with learning some new options, we were pleased with our experience. Ask for Delaney next time you visit!!!!
I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing dinner. I was seated at my table. Everyone else around me was getting waited on. I even informed the hostess that I was not waited on. He said he was going to send someone over and still did not after 15 minutes. I informed him on my way out that I was leaving. I was so disappointed.
Since we haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite a number of years I decided to celebrate my wife's b-day there (she couldn't decide) & we were fairly close to this particular area. RL used to be one of her favorite places to go when we lived in Las Vegas. Brought all our kiddos (5) this go around. Needless to say it was an expensive bill. We had to wait about 30 min for a table in a fairly crowded waiting area. Then they ended up putting us at a table in the bar area; not exactly family friendly. Waitress was outstanding; on the ball but a little quiet for the area we were in. Food was good; however, we did find a hair inside our bread. They did provide my wife with a free scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup on top of a really big plate that spelled out Happy Birthday. Bonus: they do support us vets by providing a decent discount. Besides the hair issue, our overall experience was good but probably wouldn't go back to this one because of how crowded it was; especially on a Saturday evening. Yeah, I know... big surprise.
