Pizza is always what I expect which is decent. Although everytime I have ordered that I can remember my delivery instructions have never been followed. This has ranged from greeting me at the door after calling me (requested contactless) to texting me when I specify to ring the doorbell (phone was unavailable).
I purchased the new spicy pizza. I ordered it with no pepper flakes on it. They put pepper flakes on it. There was very little pepperoni on it. I was supposed to get a $20 credit from a screw up they did last time. I did not receive it.
I called to place an order, started to ask about pricing, and the guy just hung up on me. Guy needs to be fired. Maybe that’s why I ordinarily buy frozen. I’ll be sticking with Digiorno’s from now on - just $5 for a triple meat rising crust pizza. How does Pizza Hut stay in business? And my oven is 100% reliable.
Make certain the pizza dough was not soured.
Nearly my entire order was wrong. Holes in several pizzas, missing toppings that I paid extra for and got boneless wings instead of regular wings.
My pizza is always made perfectly and the workers there always try to go above and beyond to provide the best food and service :)
You can't even order over the phone. This location doesn't even have a phone. They have an automated answering machine that takes 30 seconds of ringing to connect you to someone in HAITI after having to listen to an options list of extensions and pressing a number. Then there is a 30 second lag between when you talk and when they hear you. This leads to you speaking over another person who has no connection to pizza hut and doesn't know what pizza hut is. They don't have a pizza hut on their continent. They can read english but struggle speaking it
Quick and friendly service. Prompt delivery to my car when I pulled into the parking lot.
Contents of box were all over the place. Pizza sauce all over cinnamon sticks. Everything was cut poorly.
My order was left at the wrong apartment, even though I listed that my door was in the back of the building. By the time my neighbor found it and brought it up to me, everything was cold! No one from Pizza Hut called if they were unsure of how to get to the apartment. I will be contacting corporate home office about this. It is unacceptable! Not happy I tipped a lousy delivery person and I will never ever purchase from here!
