My family and I (6 people) came here yesterday for Father's Day, and we had a great time! There wasn't much traffic inside the restaurant, so we had our food within 15 minutes, and an item that wasn't available because the fryer was acting up was refunded without any problems! Our server Raheem even set up with some freebie brownies, so honestly, I think Pizza Hut was a perfect choice for Father's Day dinner! Thanks, Raheem- we had a blast!! :)
This Pizza Hut has messed up our orders before, but this seems to be a little ridiculous. We ordered online, large pizza (half plain, half with toppings) and a large cookie for dessert. The pizza was definitely not kept separate like we had ordered, there were quite a few toppings on the “plain cheese” side. We also had a completely over baked cookie with burnt chocolate chips, burnt top and part of the bottom, and was as hard as a rock.
my experience with pizza Hut located at 10 Sporting Green DrMechanicsburg, PA 17050 was absolutely the worst ever. our pizza took more than an hour and a half to arrive, it was warm had very little to no sauce on it. calling customer service to connect with the store kept me on hold for more than thirty mins and still got no service. I am disappointed with the service and quality and wont order from there again!
Do not use this store. Customer service is nil. My order was promised in 25 minutes but came at least half an hour late. Then the order was wrong! I ordered a green pepper, pepperoni pan pizza ... got a cheese hand tossed. Ordered cheesy garlic bread ... never got that. Ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and a 2 liter diet Pepsi ... only got the diet Pepsi. What a ripoff! And the pizza was even cold. Do not order from this store. I tried to call the store directly to complain and get my money refunded but could only get the order department they use to take orders. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to to post this.
Ordered two pizzas fast service, but pizza left a lot to be desired. One pizza was to have everything except anchovies and pineapple, well let's just say they must not have many ingredients. Second pizza was vegetarian which wasn't all that bad except for the amount of toppings. Will never go to that Pizza Hut again.
This location could use some better management and recruiting. As most other restaurants in the area have re-opened dinning in this one is still closed. I'm confused about the contactless delivery as every time I end up going in the store to pick up my food, there is never anyone available to bring food out. Also sadly they never read the notes on orders. For what you get I honestly feel like Pizza Hut has dropped in quality from the corporate level down. No longer can you customize crust topping either which was a selling point of pizza hut. Every time I go they hand me a slip that they are hiring. I don't think that advertising this to your customers is the best way to say you know your bad right now. Other restaurants are doing well so that is no longer a excuse in my opinion. Change your ways and focus on customer service, and please re-open dinning!
Corporate needs to give them more help. They expect so much out of their employees. Every time I'm there employees don't even have time to bring pizza out to the car. Come on Pizza Hut most other businesses in the area have opened dining back up. Logistics are weak, and the menu is lacking. I think it comes down to corporate greed, and Companies using staffing issues as an excuse.
This location was severely understaffed. Pizza was almost one hour after the posted completion time on the web site. Perhaps there is a way the website could estimate better based on actual completion times of prior orders. If I knew it would be an hour later I would have changed my plans and not sit for a hour waiting in the entrance with many other customers risking covid exposure.
Ordered pizza online for curbside pickup; waited 15 minutes beyond pickup time before calling to inquire on status of order, then was told they would bring it out. Pizza was obviously sitting for awhile because it was lukewarm and dry and seemed to be thin and crispy; not the hand tossed we ordered!! Very disappointed in the time and quality!
Staff this specific chain store better. 1 person was at store on Sunday 01 02 2022. I had to call in 3 times before the ONLY employee answered the phone and respectfully at that! My order was canceled by the only person working Erich forced me to order else where. This specific pizza hut location NEEDS staffed w quality and respeful people.You can only hope you will get your order in and delivered promptly.
