Let me start by saying, our waiter was great. That was the only thing that was.We did not get a high chair for our not-even-2 year old when people around us did. We did not get to order our drinks until the table who was seated right before us already had their entrees out.My entree had to be sent back 3 times because apparently when you can't eat cheese it's impossible to get a 6oz steak and broccoli without cheese? And we did not get refills, comped, or apologized too when it was very obvious it was a mess from the hostess to the kitchen. (again, waiter tried his best.)Sad to say it was not a worthwhile experience.
Went here for dinner, the customer service sucks and my waitress not only rushed me out but acted like she didn't want to be working. It is the first time in a very long time that I literally had left nothing for a tip. I would highly suggest that anyone who wants a decent meal to go to longhorn steakhouse where at least the management and customer service is amazing!! Everytime I go there I feel like I'm welcome and the waitresses that wait on me do there job to a tee so they get 75 to 100 tips !!!
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Met the new GM, Laurel, and she was great! It’s nice to see people who are pleasant. Food was delivered quickly, was hot, and all 6 of us were very pleased with our drinks and food quality. We all left happy!! We’ll be returning.
Entrees always taste amazing here. Sometimes come out a little cold and you can tell the bread sticks are reheated at times. Service is usually great, and the place seems clean. Definitely call ahead as there is ALWAYS a long wait list.
I come here often the food is always great, the service is fantastic and all but, on 2/16/2022, i came in for dinner and i went to my usual spot Table 94 which is a high table by the bar. The female hostess with glasses came to me and said this table is closed there's no server when there literally a server taking other tables nearby. Okay im a tall person, so I told her that the booths and the lower tables are too low for my height and that a high tables works best for confortble, so then she took me right back to the lobby to wait 5 mins which i don't mind. But she took me to another table. So i walked back to Table 94 and sat down. 15 mins later, she came back and said, I'm sorry this table is closed. So i had this LONG explanation with her saying that even though you guys are in rotation or alternating which i understand, but sometimes if people need to sit somewhere specific, its for a reason, and they don't have a right to demand your reason. And i come here often and never had a problem sitting at Table 94. But eventually i did get service 20 mins after coming in and the server Micheal was the best! The food is good as always. Still coming back but a message for the lady hostess. Honor a request from a guest just like if they ask for a booth.
Had to wait for a table around 30 minutes. 3 people behind the hostess desk who could have helped bus tables, but they just stood there. We got sat, server was new. I get it, we've all been there. First day on the floor, had training... Apologized for everything.... If you just finished three days of training... Have confidence in yourself to do the job. Server forgot to put our food order in. Waited excessively long... After we were told food would be up in 5 minutes.... 45 minutes total...Don't make excuses... Own it.Salad was good... Bread sticks were hard. Asked for new ones... Same thing... Asked for manager.... He listened, went to check on food... Brought it out... COLD.... I don't like cold food. Ok it was luke warm... Waitress kept saying she was new at serving. It's ok to be new, it's not ok to advertise the fact over and over... However, after being very patient with the new server I was ready to go...Zero apologies from manager for food order taking 45 minutes. Zero discount, zero free drinks. I thought some restitution should have at least been offered.I did tip the new server very well, not based on service, based on, well I felt bad for her.Would I go back? I might order to go. ...Service makes the dining out experience what it should be... I didn't get my money's worth.
We went on a Friday for Lunch (1pm). Twenty minute wait for a table which is average for this location. We got drinks, Lunch size Lasagna w/ Pasta e Fagioli Soup, Dinner size Tour of Italy w/ Salad, Breadsticks and Chocolate Brownie Lasagna. Everything tasted good but wasn't very hot. Tour of Italy was a little small. Brownie was large. Service was ok.
1/10/2022. The Restaraunt is open. Staff is masked. No signs stat that masks are required. Restrooms are clean and the hot water is hot which is always a nice surprise.We were seated quickly on a Monday at 6 pm. Easy access to I 81. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up ??
I've had good experiences at this Olive Garden with friends and family overall. The food and wait-staff are good, but the wait can vary depending on the day. Olive Garden is great for sitting down and enjoying a meal during less busy times, but it can feel like you're being rushed during dinner time depending on who is waiting on you.
Nice service, quick to be seated. Food taste good.
