It's always hit or miss here, but the one consistent is the queso and chips. I had difficulty understanding the person making my burrito bowl. Definitely a language barrier. There could also be better signage showing what options are available. I've seen this place go through several owners, and hope these folks can turn it around.
Always ask them to drain the beans and it's been soup... Gross
To really enjoy Moe's you have to go to the restaurant and not get it delivered ENDLESS CHIPS AND THE FUN SODA MACHINE AND THE FRESH SALSAS. Please be overly kind and respectful to the employees because the recent uptick in online impersonal orders is making their job much more stressful.
I'm a Moe's fan but this has to be one of the worst ran Moe's around. It seems like every time we give it a other try hoping it improves, something big is wrong with our order. On multiple occasions we even got something with someone else's name on the packaging. ?
Since Y’all can’t follow written instructions or special request here your one star review I asked for multiple things that wasn’t even add to my order the biggest mistake u made was putting queso on my nacho when I clearly said on the side smh please take your time when prepping people food and follow simple instructions please
If the big lady with red hair is there…. leave. She is rude and your burrito will suck. Go to chipotle.
If there’s any chance the gentleman working the evening of 11/21/21 reads this, I wanted to leave a review. Everyone in the restaurant saw, and realized you were the only person working and wished we could have known the best way to help out. You were doing a great job and I’m sorry you were in that situation, whether you were the owner or an employee, does not matter. You were doing the best you could, and I think many of us would have simply closed up for the day and given up.

Great franchise but this specific moes was discusting. After watching the ladies make the mobile orders without any gloves on and wiping their face and and continue to make orders, ill gladly take my business elsewhere
