This McDonalds location is absolutely horrible. Consistently incorrect orders and food is always cold. You can come in the middle of a lunch rush with 20 cars in the drive thru and your food will still be cold. The only thing I can think of is that they precook massive amounts of food in advance for when they are busy. In addition to the cold food and incorrect orders, the service is ridiculously slow. I will drive further to another location before we spending any more money at this one. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt over and over but am always disappointed with the experience.
Food was as good as McDonald's food can be. The staff at the drive through gave me the feeling that they would rather not deal with people at all. I can relate but when you are working a job that requires customer interaction, just smile and do your best to be pleasant. If it is not too much trouble, maybe throw in a thank you instead of handing the food out the window without any acknowledgement at all. I did my best to teach them how to be nice by being friendly and giving my best smile. It didn't seem to help. Still way better than the Dillsburg location that I flat out refuse to patronize ever again.
Silly …. At this time found a new guy on training….. have no much complaint about him, just he was dancing, listening on his AirPods , complaining about MANAGEMENT who let him do whatever he wants ….Drive through, he came 2 times to my window to ask “welcome to Mac Donald, how can I help you “ ???
For a McDonald's not too bad. Service was good. Friendly employees. Food was up to par.
Trash cans were overflowing. No paper towels on the ladies room. Fries were stale. Quarter Pounder with Cheese had no cheese. Kiosk orders only, no customer acknowledgement.
His mcdonalds has definitely turned around fresh food to the point I burn my mouth staff super friendly and cheerful ? 10/10
Got the order (3 drinks) wrong at the sign… at the payment window and again at the pickup window. When we explained it was incorrect the teen girl got extremely rude and yelled that’s what we ordered… we drove away with half our order and won’t be back.
They must have gotten new management sometime this year. I never had problems in the past like I've been having with them now. They seem to run out of certain items all the time.
Thankfully they make good food, but that's all that really saved my experience. I ordered door dash this morning, and I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and a hashbrown, and I got 1 egg McMuffin, 1 sausage McMuffin, and 0 hashbrowns. Like I said, thankfully it was good food, but I only got 1/3 of what I actually wanted.
Well kept restaurant, been there many times and I have rarely had a bad experience. The bathrooms are decent and the store is a little tight but pretty clean.
