Ok well, we waited in line and the order board was not up and couldn’t order. Took 5 min to show. Ordered a 4a crispy chicken meal, larger it and asked for extra pickles and mayo. The girl said sure and repeated it back and it showed up on the screen. We left and went home and guess what? Absolutely no mayo and pickles. Please talk to your employees to educate them on how to prepare the orders. Needless to say, my child was not happy. Too dry without mayo. I called the restaurant at 9:15, rang for 12 min and no answer. How can you accommodate for this?
Was totally ignored. Then heard the girl working say she was not worried about the people at the counter as she cared more about the drive thru...also told a DD driver she had no time to worry about giving him the order he was there to pick up. Excuse me! That's your job!!! They represent the customers. Ignorant and just totally unprofessional!
After working an unexpected 12 hr shift with snow and power outage I decided to stop at this location to grab dinner. Was immediately pleasantly greeted. Got to the pick up window was handed my drink and asked to "pull up to the yellow line. We are waiting on fresh quarter meat." I was the only person in the drive thru but whatever. About 2 minutes later he was there with my meal. Drove home and sat down to eat. Fries still nice hot and fresh. Took a bite of my burger and noticed it was a little pink. Ripped it in half and it's bright red for 3/4 of the burger. Hasn't been a good day and this, which is a common problem across the chain, was just the icing on the cake. Bad day, unexpected work hours and now no dinner. Just not worth it to eat at McDonald's when your sandwich of choice is a quarter pounder and it's ALWAYS pink/red throughout.....doesn't matter which location!
Had an issue with my order. The staff did resolve my issue. It just took a little bit of time. As for food...Burger size has gotten smaller since I last ate one (a few years ago). Fries were hot, cooked enough and had ample salt.
Drive Thru was not busy. We ordered a Small Shamrock Shake and a Medium Caramel Iced Coffee. The order on the screen was correct and we moved to the first window. The girl at this window asked what we ordered, I repeated the order and paid. Pulled up to the next window and was once again asked what we ordered. I told them again and the boy at the window said "hold on". Then he handed the Shamrock Shake. A few moments later he handed me the coffee and since it looked different than the last time I had a Caramel Iced coffee, I asked him if it was Caramel. He said "yes" and thanked me. As we drove away, my wife tasted it: NO CARAMEL and no sweetener, Just iced coffee with cream. How does Chick-Fil-A work multiple drive thru lines correctly but this McDonald's has problems?
I get it, you're short staffed. But the people that are working are lazy. I am a doordasher, I attempted to pick up an order. The food was no packaged properly. Drinks should be ready and packaged in the bag. They handed me a cup when I said the drink was missing. It's not my job to get a drink and it is unsanitary as the drink would not have the seal
This is the best McDonald’s in the area BY FAR. The staff here is never rude. They are not especially chatty but that’s fine with me as I would prefer as little communication as possible. I have NEVER received an incorrect order or a missing item from this McDonald’s. Even though they are usually more busy than others they still get it right. I appreciate this location and the staff greatly.
Food was fine, normal McDonalds. After I paid I was not given a receipt, no big deal. I asked for one when I was handed my food, and the woman helping me visibly rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window shut before she went to get it. She then gave me an absolute death glare when she came back and handed me my receipt. So overall not a great experience, your employees need to check their attitude.
It all depends on who is working. The first time we went one of the employees was rude and missed items in our order. The 2 other times I went everything went smoothly and fast.
This trip, I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers(regular), and 3 plain double cheeseburgers. Normally, with this place they ALWAYS mess something up, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all 5 burgers were done correctly and were all hot/fresh. Let’s keep up the good work Enola McD’s!
