We stopped by here to grab lunch as the prices are always better during the weekly lunch specials they provide.We loved the seating arrangements to keep diners at a good distance to converse while enjoying their meal.Our server was 'Ivery' and she was a delightful young lady working her way through school.We enjoyed her and her personable attitude.She was very helpful with our questions and made sure our food was delivered to us warm and beautifully plated.Our glasses stayed full and our needs were more than met.Thank you for this much-needed outing and for making it a dining experience to remember.We enjoyed our lunch and had plenty left over for dinner later!Highly recommended this Longhorns for families and couples alike.Hope to be back in again soon.Great job guys!
First time visit here. Easy access and ample parking. Upon entering we were seated promptly and waitress and service was great. The food came out in a timely manner and it was presented nice and tasted wonderful. The entire meal was exceptional. Would not hesitate to stop by again if we are in the area. Enjoyed it.
Longhorn continues to amaze us as year after year they ALWAYS deliver a steak that is prepared exactly the way we order order it. A perfect medium-well, and an amazingly juicy well done.Service is always top notch as well.Delicious sides.All at a VERY good price --Hats off to the management and staff!!
Good food and service. I'm impressed ar how well they have held their prices down. Very affordable. Food was all prepared perfectly. Nice portions. We like that you can hear your conversations. So many places put in the hard tile after covid and you can not hear a thing.
We went out to eat at Longhorn steakhouse (Carlisle pike) for Easter dinner today and unfortunately received terrible service. We were ignored for over 20 min by our waiter and had to go find our him to ask for a refill on our drinks and to be helped. Once he took our order and brought our initial drinks and soup we did not see him again until we went looking for him. He did not bring us out our food it was other employees. They were not busy so he was not attending others. We chose to not leave a tip after he snapped at my husband when he went looking for him and found him standing in a huddle chuckling with the other waiters. After he saw there was no tip.... Our waiter went so far as to follow us outside walk around the building and stare us down (arms crossed in an intimidating stance) as we drove off. Never have we experienced service this terrible. We went back shortly after but not until after we drove away and stopped at a store nearby. I wanted to be sure he was no longer waiting outside behaving that way. The manager James was apologetic but only offered us a gift card which I declined as I will not patron this restaurant again. It’s honestly shocking that someone would behave so badly toward customers. I’m not a complainer, but I could not let this go without having it be told. Who knows how many others he has done this to before us & would have after us. Jorge Z needs to learn some serious etiquette if he wants to continue to work with the public. 
Longhorn is my favorite place to get a delicious steak. Flo's Filet never disappoints and is the star of my meal every visit. The salads are generous and the bread is soft and warm. If you're watching your waistline have the broccoli as a side. The baked potato is large enough to save half for tomorrow at home. A sweet potato is another great option.
I’ve tried this establishment once before this visit and a couple of there other ones. Only one of them was top notch, prior to covid… I understand the industry is rebuilding again and so is everyone else because of the pandemic so I do factor that into things. It says 3 star but it would be a 3.5 for me.Bread and butter starter, good and warm but neither one of us thought the bread nor butter had an type of flavor was bland.We both got steaks. I asked for medium, waitress confirmed my order but it was more towards well done so it was over the med I asked for definitely no pink or slightly pink in any of the cut but was tender and juicy. The other steak was med rare it was right, tasted good but decent amount of fat and tendon in it… For sides; French Fries where dried out in the inside. Macaroni and Cheese was good, onions and mushrooms where very flavorful with great juices to dip my steak in. Waitress was attentive but extremely busy so had decent waits, especially when we where finished she checked in on us for dessert we declined, our check took the longest almost the same time it took to seat us 15/20 mins. Will try again but maybe another establishment to see the difference. An when I do try this establishment again will be a different time. We did arrive at 6:10pm waited 25 mins till seated & left 8:48pm. But they still have yet to see me as a regular.
The food and service are outstanding! I had a the 12oz ribeye medium rare with mushrooms, the garden salad and sweet potato. My wife had the 9oz filet medium with Caesar salad with baked potato. Everything came out perfect and in short period of time. The flavor was incredible! I can't say enough good about our dinner.
Was in the mood for steak and it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.Cooked just the way I ordered and tasted so good I ate way too much food but we'll worth it.
If your in the mood for a great meal, this is the place!!! Everything I've tried here is delicious!!! Sit at the ? bar for a terrific personal experience!!! Valerie and Mandy are exceptional, highly recommend!!!!
