My large fries were sooo bad and cold and chewy i threw them out a mile down the rd. Horrible. I was traveling through...so i wasnt able to go back. I was soooo disappointed.
Maybe the worst dining i have had in years! Tiny pieces. No crumbles. [email protected]$$ coke. I'd give it fewer stars if I could.
Sent a complaint almost a week ago and still the hours are not updated! Customer service responded back with a bland response, and haven't heard anything back yet. I can't imagine how a service complaint could be so neglected unless this company really has no care anymore. Such a shame.
This place is literally doing everything possible to shut down. The lobby isn't open. They are not on any of the food delivery apps. They only have drive-thru service, and then the food is poor quality. Long John's and KFC are struggling all over the country and this is why. Its like they no longer have any idea how to run a businesses, and haven't for years.
always loved long john silvers was a little up set that they took my favorite meal off the menu thoe.bring it back.2 pieces of fish and 1 chicken dinner.
Drive through only. Service was quick and employees were very nice and polite. Chicken is half the size it used to be, amount of fries they give per order has always been a little too small.
Food was good, chicken piece was pretty small but my husband's was normal. Staff was efficient and very friendly
Customer service was terrible. Fries were cold. We weren't given any tartar or cocktail sauce for our fish and shrimp. Inside closed so we called and asked them to bring some out and were told to get back in the drivethru. Now mind you there were close to 20 cars in the drive thru. I said if we get back in the drive thru will you replace both meals because they will be cold by then and the boy laughed and said you want new food just because of tartar sauce. Get a new job son.
No napkins!!!!!!!!!!!No cocktail sauce the last 4 months.Food and service gets worse every time I go to this ljs.
Food was terrible .. pot pie was soupy and not good unlike the ones I get in Lemoyne . Fish was greasy,thin and overcooked
