The lady that took care of us was super kind and understanding even after I changed my order twice. I don’t think many people understand how much these employees are overworked and underpaid and still continue to show up so we can have convenience. I wish I knew her name but she was so kind! Thanks for that, it was a mentally rough day and it was so nice to have someone be understanding of my crazy mind.

just wasted $20 on an 8 piece bucket for my kids and myself.the breading was not even crispy.the chicken was tough and stringy.and it tasted like it was soaked in water for a long time, didn't even taste like chicken.I'm guessing it was old chicken they were trying to use.now sit back and see how sick we get.

One of the worst KFC food, to start location feels like abandoned place with no maintenance of drive thru lanes, next the food was cold, sandwich was cold and fries was cold and hard. Will never come back to this location.

The owner went through the trouble of remodeling this place, but service is painfully slow. Parking lot has big potholes, needed to be fixed years ago. I've also seen weird guys pull up alongside cars with teenagers in them, waiting forever in the drivethru line, and harass them to open their car doors. Overall needs more staff to keep things moving, and its parking lot fixed.

Our local KFC is hit-or-miss. We always seem to get great Hospitality since the place was remodeled a few years ago but the chicken sometimes is great and sometimes lacks a bit equality. We always get extra crispy and the crispiness of the breading is usually where the problems occur. Last time I was there I got an 8-piece bucket and it was just so-so but man was the service great. I would normally give three stars in a situation like this but the guy in the Drive-Thru was just an outstanding person when it came to serving as customers. Continue doing the best job you can and I look forward to being back soon.

Placed an order online. VERY BUSY when I arrived. The line moved at a slow but steady pace. My large order was correct and the cashier was polite. I have to give LOTS of credit to whoever was working tonight. They were clearly severely understaffed for running a KFC & LJS. I worked for KFC in HS, and can't imagine trying to do what they doing in the kitchen and drive thru window. The food was delicious ?I want to thank those employees tonight for working hard under challenging circumstances. THANKS!!! HANG IN THERE!!!

If I could give this location a zero, I would. I just had the worst experience ever at this KFC location. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come onto the speaker to take my order, I drove forward thinking the speaker was not working. The man at the window told me that it was working and that I just didn't wait long enough to be greeted. He then told me I could go somewhere else, he didnt care and then called me a b****. This is unacceptable and I have reported him to corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior from a so called manager - Steve.

Worst customer service ever.Messed up our order (twice) and blaming on the customer for not checking the order before they left.The drive thru guy even said… why did you come back if we messed up your order the first time and confidently said he doesn’t care if we don’t like the service. How can this guy be still working KFC people should learn from the teenagers of Chick-fil-A what customer service means.

Ordered 8 piece meal and 6 tenders, extra crispy. Mashed potatoes tasted watered down, gravy didn't taste like gravy I don't know what it was. chicken was not crispy and it tasted like it was fried in the fish oil. I'm done with KFC no more.

Drive thru only with 2 maybe 3 workers doing diddly, 15 minute + wait times between lunch and dinner. I honestly don't know how the store functions as it's both a LJS and a KFC
