I ordered a Big John, received a sub with no meat. I get that mistakes are made, but common no meat on a roast beef. When I tried for a refund, they only offered store credit or to delivery a new sub. They would not refund. Eventually it was refunded when I asked to speak with the owner. They also delivered the wrong drink for my daughter. I won’t be going back for a while if ever.
disorganized staff almost didnt give all 4 subs ordered confusion in fulfilling order. overall all 4 subs were pretty good nothing special but good felt there was good amount of meat in the sub i had ham and roast beef. for home made bread i wasnt real impressed..
They never get my sandwiches right. Today is petty but idc. We don't typically have knives in my office. They didn't cut either sandwich in half so now I had to have a coworker get me a knife from karns. I've let it slide a couple of times but the last two times I think I asked for store credit or for them to completely redeliver my sandwich. Today a man claiming to be the owner was rude to me. So not only am I never going to order from this location again, I'm going to do my hardest to make sure my office mates don't either. There are other sandwich places that deliver for far less than $2 per sub.We work half a mile away. Apparently because of gas prices, the owner feels like in order to pay his employees more, he's going to charge customers $2 per sub, even if they're going to the same place. Now. He did explain that this tops out at five bucks. But at that point, we'd still be paying five bucks for them to bring the sandwiches. Half a mile. FDR said that any business that cannot pay its employees a living wage does not deserve to be in business. I guess the owner of this store missed that when he decided that instead of paying himself less he was going to charge his customers more.Which I feel is excessive for a sandwich shop that never gets our orders right. And has sent out to me sandwiches with burned and stale bread. Sandwiches that had ingredients. I specifically ask them not to put on there, like I believe it was last Friday. I spent 10 minutes peeling iceberg lettuce off of my sandwich. And a lot of times they miss things like my poor coworker who's received no less than three subs with one of the ingredients missing. Now we're pretty easy going people so most of the time I was just calling the store to let them know hey do better.The owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful. And I hope he has the life he deserves.
French bread always fresh and tasty. Sammiches are always good. The crew is really nice but they take their tips seriously. Short em and your food will be late.
They are super fast! Love the Beach Club. Mmmmmm...avocado! I can place a pick-up order from 5 minutes away, and it's ready when I get there!
I got the most tasteful sub I could imagine and I am picky with my subs so that's saying something! I will definitely be back really soon for I am pregnant and crave it often?
I've ordered takeout subs twice. Both times the subs were excellent quality. The french bread is the best. They forgot my pickle in my recent order, otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Great group of employees. Closing up for safety on a very bad weather day, but we had just pulled up. Guys were almost done closing up, but they let me in for last order with whatever was left. I'm very thankful as the drive home was very bad and there was no place to get dinner at that point. Super thanks to this group for letting me be the last order of the day.
Half of the stuff I ask them not to put on they put on. The workers were very confused and didn’t know what they were doing.
