First time back in about 4 years. Brand new menu, pared down salad bar, waiters and waitresses take the bills now. A few mistakes with cookery of steaks, grilled cheese was cold and cheese wasn't melted. They also don't appear to season the steaks at all unless you get a Cajun seasoned or something like that. Not exactly worth the price for our family, but it isn't terrible.

The place is kept clean, and it's probably the only salad bar that I will eat off of. There are also some good dishes on the menu. I have to remove a star because you ruined my favorite item on your salad bar by putting the garlic bread in a condensation chamber. Every time I come here I have to eat cold soggy garlic bread now. I'm removing a second star, because the little hoss steak at this location is totally inferior to the same item at other Hoss's I recently ate at one of your other locations and had a much better steak.

The waitress was extremely rude. She began by throwing our "extra napkins" into the middle of the table. She was rushing us through our drink orders, was visibly annoyed that we added appetizers. Wish she finally returned to take our order, she was cutting us off, giving me an attitude because I would not opt in for the extra $13 salad bar, very demanding on how we were to order our meals. When picking up my mother's plate, she threw her fork onto the table, then had the audacity to ask for a $30 tip (the meal cost me $174 & I paid in cash $200) and made sure to add her snide remarks when I didn't comply. The food was ok, the Philly soup was very good however. Not worth the cost.

My wife and I always have a good experience here. I know some entree entries are better than others, but for the price most of it is a good value, especially if you include the appetizer and desert buffet which I always look forward to. The staff here is always really friendly and attentive as well. It's very pleasant to have dinner here.

Great food and atmosphere! Enjoyed my time visiting with 2 gentlemen from other states. I'm here for work from Iowa.

I requested my steak to be rare. The waitress, who was amazing, asked me to make sure it was cooked to my liking. It was well done. She even said she was taking it back for another. You are a steakhouse. The cook has one job, cook the steak to the customers wishes. They failed miserably.I ended up eating alone as my party was just about finished when my now rare steak arrived.

Ordered thru grub hub , The Filet Mignon was not actually Filet Mignon and it was burnt, I ordered 2, all portions were small. The delivery driver was treated horribly. Before Covid my Job site normally held functions at this restaurant but in the future I will not attend if it is held at this restaurant and I will let all know my reasons why.

Cleaver cut cooked to perfection. This alone would have gotten the review a five. But my son sent back his overcooked chopped steak and we all received medium rare fries. Service - good.

Visit every time I've passed thru the area. Very attentive staff ( Diana and Sammi), clean establishment and good food. Worth the stop

Hoss's lost its charm and flavor..The salad bar is now the best thing there, steaks are bland and tough; the cook hits requested temp 1/2 the time. And sadly enough the French Onion soup down hill....
