I'm usually more patient being a server/bartender. The pandemic & lack of staff wanting to work definitely puts a strain in guest experience. However, we were very embarrassed by another server who wasn't even taking care of our table. We had a party of 10 with 6 being kids. Their attention span and patience isn't the greatest....Drinks took longer to come out (server was probably busy. I get that) Apps came out very late and our dinner came out not too long after. Food was very bland. We tried to doctor things up the best we could. I asked my 10 year old to just walk with her 2 year old brother around the table to keep him entertained while we waited to wrap up our meal. This other server came up very rudely to our table telling us to not have our kids running around the store. I could see my daughter and knew she was simply watching and entertaining her brother so that he wasn't screaming at the table. Didn't know we weren't allowed to walk around the restaurant and apparently would rather annoy the people around us by keeping my son at the table to scream. We won't be back!
Nine of us went for lunch. Service was good, but not exceptional. He kind of rushed and as a result got a few things wrong. Food was very good. My crab cake sandwich for $17.00 had a very thin piece of tomato and a tough piece of romaine.All in all everything was very good. "Sassy", our hostess made sure we were well taken care of. She's a keeper.
Between my husband and I we got the stuffed shrimp and salmon with the mango sauce the food was phenomenal. Came out quick the service was great everyone including the bartender were very friendly. And the big thing for me was how clean it was in the restaurant and the bathrooms and very nice ambiance will definitely be back!
This cost me $23! And i had to wait an additional 30 mins to get my cold salmon to go! Shame on you Gilligans! What a poor experience! Never again
Enjoyed a pleasant, romantic dinner on Valentine's day evening with my soul mate of 46 years. Food and drink was very good. Service was quick and pleasant. Steak grilled to order perfectly. Pricing right for the quality.
Usually nothing is ever hot enough for me but these Suicide wings all flats and fresh! Def spicy n tasty .

It was OK, but that was not due to the service.I was hoping to have lunch here bur it looked like the staff were very busy and sort staffed with everything going on. But it was very clean and the staff was very friendly as they greeted my sister and I. So unfortunately my sister and I left. Hopefully soon this economy will pick up and not everywhere will be understaffed. I believe had they had the normal amount of staff that we would have stayed for lunch. I understand being understaffed and your crew of people were very busy and hard working. Keep up the good job!!
Absolutely love this place! First time my husband and I ever ate here and it was amazing! Definitely will be back.
