Honestly I have never had a bad experience here before. The people that works there are so kind and friendly. I work in customer service for years so believe me I know what it’s like and understand truly the stress that comes along with it. However, I’m not going to tolerate the disrespect that I received today. I ordered a drink. I said it loud and clearly, granted this is the drink I usually get from there so I am a regular. She repeated it back to me and said the same thing, and I repeated it back again. Then I go to the window and they give me a wrong drink. I was polite and told them that wasn’t the drink I ordered and told them what I originally ordered. Then what I assumed it to be the manager, brought back the correct drink, and proceeded to blame me for THEIR issue. I never got an apology for their mistake. She went on and on about how I need to repeat my order even though I clearly did. Again as I mentioned earlier, I completely understand what that kind of business entails, but that’s no excuse to blame shift the customer for the mistake you made. I don’t correct someone because I want to be mean. I do it because I want the right thing I ordered and receiving that kind of response lead me write this review because I’m just astonished as to how downhill l customer service has gone. I understand people deal with jerks on the daily, but I was nothing, but polite through out it all and the audacity for a business owner to blame me for such a problem is ridiculous this needs to be looked upon.
I come through this location a lot lately bc I love the Irish creme iced coffee. I have to cut back soon and this will make me very sad. They've only messed up my drink once and immediately fixed it. The staff is always friendly, and I really do adore them.
Food tastes like cleaning product which is ironic because the restroom looks it hasn't been cleaned in a year and is only used by people who take too much ex-lax.Gave this location one more chance and they made my drinks without sugar. When I brought the drinks on rather than remake them, they went in the back with my drinks and literally dumped sugar in them. Food establishments are not supposed to take back food or beverages that have already left the building.
I just discovered my elderly parents who have been going here for over 20 years have stopped, they went mornings SIX DAYS A WEEK. My mom stopped after the owner treated her poorly. He was condescending to her, and she is pretty layed back but was very upset after his unpleasantness. She did not see the closed flier when she walked through an unlocked door. THIS was a couple months ago not last year. THEY now go to the new clean well staffed one in Enola, 6 days a week.
I asked for a peppermint mocha cold (should be like a frappe) but I got black coffee with ice and peppermint flavoring. And the lady working was not understandable.
This place their coffee is just a water. I would say %2 coffee and %98 water. They don’t care about customers satisfactions. Me and my friend we went to get a coffee and donuts when my friend finished his order , she didn’t even ask is that everything, she was trying to go a head to complete the order when we told her we are not done yet. So after we told her what we need. She gave us the tasteless coffee that all water and cream. We asked her to give us what we ordered, but she wasn’t happy and said couple times you tell me you want little bit of cream, and I was like lady we did but you were not listening, regardless of whether to much cream or not, their coffee taste everything but not coffee. It is just colored water.
This is the best Dunkin around the area. People that drink Dunkin often and from other locations probably know there can be big taste differences. This one though is always consistent with great quality and taste!

The donuts and muffins were fresh and delicious like I remembered from the old days of dunking donuts as it was named in 1978 when I discovered them in my hometown. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who served me some happiness. Shout out to you!!!
By far the best Dunkin I’ve been to! Morning drive-thru line to the road but you’re through it in 10 min or less, drinks correct every time, never have to repeat my order. Love the staff ❤️
