Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow
We’ve come here 3 times and each time the orders are wrong. On the second trip my fiancé and I ordered the same exact iced coffee and his was overly sweet while mine wasn’t sweet enough. I’d rather be in line for 30 mins at the DD on the pike then go here again.
Great iced coffee here… and the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had. The hash browns are terrible… never tasted potatoes like these! The sandwiches are dry. Have gone several times and won’t be returning. McDonalds is far superior even tho they don’t serve breakfast after 10:00 am.
This Dunkin is a joke, just go to the one on the pike! Two separate occasions I’ve stopped by here to get munchkins. Today I tried to order a 3ct of the cornbread ones, curious to try them, was told the smallest count is 5. That’s false, I get home there’s 3 powdered and 2 cornbread! A few weeks ago I ordered 25 glazed, they told me they didn’t have enough for 25 so I said to make up with chocolate and blueberry… get home there was 3glazed, seriously all you had to tell me was you only had 3!
I’d give 0 stars if allowed. This is honestly by far THE worst Dunkin’ in our area. They don’t know how to read what is on a mobile order at all. The staff just doesn’t care. My wife went there this evening to get us coffee and a donut for our daughter and the associate didn’t put her phone down once. My wife said she even had to hand back my coffee because she made it wrong.
1 out of 6 times is a good experience. Coffee rarely tastes rightWhy do I buy coffee there and it usually sucks but one time it's ok? Why does Dillsburg get it right almost always, and the one on the Pike ALWAYS gets it right?? There should be no difference at any of them. Waste of my time and money to go here when most of the time it sucks. I'll just go to the Pike.
This is the worst Dunkin in the area. We asked for avocado toast with bacon. We both get home and neither one has bacon on it. Then they tried to give us chocolate milk when we ordered two chocolate donuts. Then we find out they were not even chocolate donuts she just threw two in to move the line along. My suggestion, go to the Dunkin' in Dillsburg this one is not managed well and the care that they take in creating the orders and making them correct is non-existent.
I had stopped by before continuing my 14hr road trip im glad I did. Very unique location. Great coffee, very fast service and the food was delicious!!
Employees were friendly and coffee was great, but two of the three donuts I got had hair in them. One of the donuts was the wrong kind and there was barely any cream in the cream-filled one. Not sure I'd recommend going for donuts but the coffee was great!
Absolutely no organization or system in place. Got my order wrong and seemed to just be making things at will without checking the accuracy of the order. Often times putting out multiple items that weren't even ordered.
