My children and I have been going to this Dairy queen location for many years, sometimes several times a week. Tonight was our first time having an unpleasant experience. I went through the Drive-through and ordered 1 small vanilla shake, 2 small chocolate shakes, a blizzard and a float. The individual at the drive-through asked me "one or two chocolate shakes?" I repeated two chocolate shakes and one vanilla. She said "okay" and gave me the total. I pulled up to the window, paid and looked over my receipt. I noticed they rang me up for one chocolate shake, one vanilla shake, the blizzard and float. When the girl came to the window and handed me my ice cream (didn't do the flip thing of the blizzard. Even though I could care less about that) I brought it to her attention. She told me to hold on a second. She then came back and said "my manager said we can't add to your order". I proceeded to tell her that I understand that if I was decided to add something last minute bit they messed up my order. She proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do and that she would fix the problem if her manager would allow her. So I went back in line so that one of my kids wouldn't be without. They in no way tried to fix the mistake of an employee and just made things more difficult on a customer.

We really like Dairy Queen, however, this store has messed up our order several times going through the drive through by either missing items or missing ingredients and we find out once we get home and get ready to eat what we bought. We are 20 minutes away so we can’t just drive back to have them fix it. Today I actually called and spoke to the manager and she refused to discount the item they made wrong last week when we stopped and ordered, according to her the policy is that you have to call that same day so they can add it on their books. The world would end if heavens forbid she were to discount the item they made incorrectly because we didn’t call that day. So I’m writing a review to let you know that if they ever mess up your order, you must know that you must call that same day for them to add you to the book before they can correct it another day. I let several occasions slide by because we just couldn’t drive back, just to find out today that I should have called every single time to get my issue corrected. Hope this helps folks get their orders corrected in the future when DQ is in the wrong about their order.
The new Pumpkin Pie Blizzard was awesome. The young lady waiting on us was the most pleasant. Can't wait to go back.
Drive thru moved along pretty quickly. The inside of this Dairy Queen is open until 5pm. After 5pm, only the drive thru is open.

Hot fudge brownie sundae was delicious except the brownie was harder than I like it to be.
My friend Mike says they have a good cheeseburger. While that's clearly nonsense, they always flip my blizzard and it tastes good.
