Needed a dog-friendly restaurant and this was perfect. Our server quickly brought out ice water for our pug and provided great service for us. We had a variety of beer but my favorite was the Boneshire IPA. We had fresh salads, pit beef and chicken which was all excellent. Just be aware that they won't seat incomplete parties and the kitchen closed early at 7pm on a Saturday. Will definitely return. The added bonus is that the deck is on the Yellow Breeches creek so the setting is wonderful.
The food and drinks are just awesome. Combine this with an excellent creek deck view and you have the perfect place to hang out.
Great food and nice atmosphere
It was a Saturday evening and they were very busy. We were seated promptly. We had reservations. Our waitress was very good but she was over worked. There were nine of us and we waited awhile for our food. I will say though my Salmon was very good . My wife had the chicken pimento sandwich which was very good. I would go there again
Great place to spend time relaxing on the deck and hearing good music while you enjoy excellent food and drinks. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.
i’m a very patient and understanding person being i worked in the restaurant industry for years but i think they took advantage out kindness and our experience over all was just a big nothis place for sure catered to the older crowd (45+)1/10 overall-waited almost 1 1/2 hr for a 2 person table-server barely stuck around to check on us and literally ran away but was more attentive to others-nachos and chicken sandwich were just insulting-blackberry lemonade drink was good tho ??i mean everyone could have a difference experience so just try it for yourselves but for us, we will pass next time thank you
Simply charming .Our party was seated on the lower deck with the creek close by; such a lovely setting. It is a busy place and for good reason so I recommend reservations. Wait staff are quite pleasant and attentive. The food was good but the drinks were better. I know it's a brewery but I just had to try the pineapple margarita. It's the bomb.
After a Saturday morning spent repainting our master bathroom, my wife & I decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Cold Springs Inn. Snagged a table on the deck overlooking the creek and a friendly & helpful server (Vanessa) and enjoyed a great meal and a few craft beers. Lunch was delicious with calamari and a margherita flatbread and we waved to kayakers paddling past. Highly recommend the Inn and will definitely revisit, probably in the Fall.
Husband and I were out for a nostalgic ride to an abandoned amusement park we used to visit. As we drove up the rode, we noticed this brewing company, off the beaten path. The parking lot was becoming busy. Since we needed lunch, we decided to check it out. We were greeted with smiles at the hostess station, who seated us right away. We had a table on the lower deck next to the water, which was a pleasant view. Though a little warm, we were shaded by the deck, and there were fans creating a nice breeze. The server was prompt, courteous, and attentive, the entire time. The menu was full of healthy choices, not just bar food. We shared an appetizer of chili nachos, which were perfectly distributed with toppings. I hate when over kill ingredients make the nachos soggy, but theses were not. Everything was fresh. We decided each to have a salad. The server explained the difference of the small and large. They were big in size, so we each had a small salad. The salads were plentiful and fresh. It was a wonderful lunch on a holiday weekend. As we were leaving, kayakers pulled up and docked. Would love to go back.
Beautiful setting, wonderful service and great food. Really not much else can be said! We were a group with a reservation. The owner was very accommodating and sat us quickly. The servers were prompt in taking our orders and food arrived quickly. We didn't feel rushed and even with a larger group were given individual checks. The menu has an eclectic mix and nobody in our group got the same thing. We were thrilled with our choices. We knew nothing about this restaurant and have lived in the surrounding area for years. Some reviews on this site are critical and almost didn't go. I'm glad we overlooked the criticism and enjoyed all the restaurant had to offer.
