I’m so over this location, Camp Hill on Trindle is much better. This location always messes up my food. It doesn’t matter what I order, it’s either got something I didn’t order, or leaves something off I did put on. It’s insane. The chicken is always so burnt and bitter that I legitimately can’t eat it. Food is also ice cold - no exaggeration, you can tell that it hasn’t been hot in a while even when you only take it home 5-8 minutes down the road. They don’t do anything when you pay extra for guacamole to go - you just get it home and it’s not there and then you have to go through the app which you don’t usually hear back from trying to get a refund. I know that the food industry is tough right now, but to time and time again mess up someone’s order feels so flippant. People have allergies and the lack of awareness to what is being ordered is very rude if you are a customer on the other side of that. I hope that someone reads all of these negative reviews and actually takes some action. It is a shame someone could get sick eating something because quality control was ignored.
It's ok for a quick bite to eat. Burritos are always a different size depending on who makes them I guess.
Barbacoa bowl had 2 hunks of fat in it. Disgusting. Never going back. More than one employee had to see it given the size. (The one who cut the fat and the other who scooped it into my meal). Gross.
Up until the last 4 months this place was pretty consistent. The choices have drastically changed. We understand there is a supply problem but the food that is served just looks sad. Wilted salad, long over due veggies and tonight was the las time we will eating here. Chicken was ice cold, which I didn’t know until getting home (only 5 min away), despite being under the warning lights. Now hoping that food poisoning doesn’t take place.
Guess this is a new service Chipotle (Mechanicsburg PA) offers - make your own guac. 3/4 of an avocado dumped on one bowl and 1/4 of another avocado on the other bowl.
Google should create negative stars while reviewing, This Restaurant deserves that. Worst chipotle in USA.. I myself along with wife and son had bowl from there, we were okay for an hour, after that all 3 of us started having diarrhea and vomiting. I love myself and family so decided not to step in any of the CHIPOTLE through out the world because of them, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there……..stay away from food poisoning……
Disappointed! Meat luke warm, refried beans were dried out and looked like they were there for hours, no quac, no Fajita veggies, all drinks were empty except for fountain drinks and drink station was dirty and in a shambles.
Food is good --- but not always available.- all items not always in stock.- last month they could not print a receipt due to the system.- When I showed up this week they were taking cash only. I left with no food at all.
Stopped in last night to grab a burrito bowl and chips and guac. It took awhile to get served because they were busy. Unfortunately, I woke up with food poisoning this morning from my meal and won’t be back.
Worst chipotle around. Please go to the one located in Camp Hill, you will thank me later. Way too salty, food never fresh and guac is brown the entire way through not just on the surface from sitting out for what looks like days not hours....
