The waiter was very nice but never brought my water and never asked why we weren’t eating. The chips and salsa was the best part of the entire experience. The food was disappointing my burger was burnt and the cheese was as well. The burger was not like I ordered missing extras. The fries were cold and the waiter didn’t offer to replace them or como them just said he’d tell the cook. Paid for food I didn’t eat. Never coming back here again.
Excellent services , this place has a no wait when i came here. The food came out fast and hot , the waiter was.very attentive
With this ever changing world, it's nice to know that Chilli's has remained constantl. Decent selection of beer, and your favorites on the menu.
I will definitely recommend this place to go with your family or a friend, they have a truly good menu, you can pick a thing of over the 30 plates that they have.I will recommend is you are with a partner to take the menu for two, it’s $25 and you can pick one entrance, two plates and a dessert, and if you take water or ice tea, they will not charge you for that. Highly disappointed at two separate Chili restaurants. The first restaurant I was told that they sell mac and cheese bites, but they did not. I did not receive a refund for the cheese bites that I was given but instead the refund was pit on a gift card. Okay, I wasn't going to argue about it. I ate my beef quesadillas, or attempted to anyway. This "beef" tasted like rubber, definitely was not real meat. So, I used my gift card to purchase a chocolate chip something or other with ice cream that was supposed to be warm and fresh from a skillet. Which in fact was a packaged cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I also ordered fresh fries with no salt. I received fries that were previously cooked that had been dipped back into hot oil to try to remove the salt, but we're still very salty when I received them. Won't be returning to Chili's. The food is not restaurant quality. More like fast food.
I love getting the buffalo chicken salad at Chili's. It is one of my favorite salads ever and I have gotten it quite often as other locations. I ordered delivery for the salad and this had to be the sadest buffalo chicken salad I have ever had! I asked for extra buffalo sauce and when I received my salad, I did NOT have extra buffalo sauce and I barely had any buffalo sauce on my chicken. I had called to speak for a manager about not receiving any extra buffalo sauce or any buffalo sauce in general. She stated that the chicken was tossed in buffalo sauce and she didn't know why I did not receive my extra sauce. I tasted the chicken and there was only a slight taste of buffalo sauce on the chicken. I was so disappointed in not only the salad but also the lack of care the manager presented. I was not offered a replacement salad but I was given an excuse. I will not be ordering from this location again!
Service was very good but the burger was extremely well done and the French fries were cold.
Great good and mostly all great workers.They've definitely cut back on alcohol in drinks which is a shame.
Food was good the wautress was amazing but the wifi wanted to know my life story before i logged in.... kinda weird iv never encountered that before.
Good Chili’s location. Super fast service and everything was hot and fresh.
