restaurant was spotless. staff kind and friendly and order was quick and delicious.
As usual, just amazing, even when I am not too hungry and don't get my usual. My only 'complaints' I have, if I could have 2, are: that you can't get your own sauce anymore (at any of their restaurants) and the size /amount of the milkshake does not match the price of $4.20. It is SO tiny in comparison to anywhere else. I would understand maybe if it was the best in the world but it's not. It's good but by no means the best nor near the best. Sorry, I still absolutely love chick fil-a and will be back a million times, just being honest!
My brother has multiple disabilities and is one of thirty kids in Cumberland Valley’s special needs program that includes two large classes of kids of many different abilities and disabilities, all handicapped. My brother’s class, and the other class as well, had a field trip to the bowling alley and this Chick-fil-A next door. The head teacher of these classes is… not a strong planner and never calls ahead to warn the establishments of the incoming thirty disabled kids that are about to flood their business, as well as each of them’s personal care assistant and nurse. I understand that this many kids is “good for business,” but I work retail and I understand the frustration of seeing an unexpected influx of customers, and I can’t imagine it being anything but ten times worse for the food service industry. Because of this, my father takes it upon himself to call the establishments the night before and let them know ahead of time that the classes are coming, since the teacher just doesn’t (the classes have been turned away before for not warning establishments and she’s even brought the classes to places that weren’t open on the day of the field trip and had to come up with a backup restaurant on the spot). That being said, our primary server/order taker was Braxton, a man that my father had personally been served by before and he’s told me that he goes above and beyond, his service being the best of any fast food worker on the Carlisle Pike. He was right. I’ve seen managers and employees, even the most calm, break their smile due to the chaos of the unexpected classroom, but he didn’t once stop smiling. He learned every single kids name and talked so nicely to each and every one, engaging in conversation that he absolutely didn’t have to. Taking our order, he spotted areas where we could combine our different menu items as a combo and get them for cheaper, probably saved us at least $10. The other workers came by to every single table and asked each of the kids, and their respective nurses and personal care takers, how their food was, how their day was, what they planed on doing on the field trip, they engaged with these kids that are usually pushed aside by society and even the rest of the school they attend. Food was just as good as it usually was, but that’s not what my review is about, it’s about the impeccable and above satisfactory service that this place, especially Mr. Braxton, has given us.
Great location. Got 2 free sandwiches with our order. Will definitely be back to see these fine folks again
What better stop for the best post -op meal….Outside lines moved quickly. The person who took our order was so fun. Very pleasant, very patient, great sense of humor! His response to our order of three icedream cones for two people…..”No judgements!” Thank you, Braxton for making our stop for my favorite treat so fun! The servers at the drive thru window had a good chuckle, too. The grilled chicken nuggets were a new selection for me. Loved them and will order again.
Fast, friendly service and great food; just what you'd expect from every Chick-fil-A. This one is always busy but the crew is always nice and gets you taken care of quickly. Use their app to order ahead for even faster service. They have 2 drive thru lanes, curbside pickup, delivery thru 3rd party apps, in store dining, and a play place (that is open).
Love the food. Friendly staff, fast service. BUT, the management really needs to find a bigger space, or manage the drive through traffic better. One way in and out combined with the awkward corner spot makes it a hassle to go at all.
The entire crew has always been fabulous! I love that there are chicken free options too. I appreciate the community outreach.
Their quality got worse. The past few times I ordered a sandwich my chicken was completely dry, my buns were stale, and they fries were burnt. Plus, my sandwich was lukewarm. Nothing was fresh nor did it taste good. My food tastes like it was sitting out all morning because it was pre made and they just heated it up in the microwave where it gets hard when it cools. This location has lost its touch. They also seemed to have shrunk the size for fries.
Love this location! Every employee is very kind and the owner of the franchise has this place running to perfection. Kudos to all the employees for making this Chick-fil-a restaurant a 5-star establishment!
