I'd like to know where is says that you can't use your Blazin Rewards on certian items while dining to. After the food was eaten I mentioned to them that I had Blazin Rewards so they could take it off and there was an altercation between myself and one person on the staff because no where does it say that only certain items can be eaten in the restaurant.. Un-Happy with the service. I'd recommend going elsewhere with your business...
I'm a huge fan of bdubs, but I got an order delivered via Uber eats. And my order was cold and seemed to be wing soup. My box was falling apart cuz there is so much sauce that is was soaking threw the bottom of the box. It's not going to turn me away from bdubs but let the record show I have had better wings at the flying j truck stop down the road.

Extremely poor customer service. Waitress rushed us through entire service since we were her last table. Order was incorrect, but just wanted to get out of there. Have never felt more unwanted as a customer than Kalaia, our server made me feel.Can’t recommend this location.This was a weekend, only one other table besides ours in the restaurant. You don’t rush your tables so you can cash out at the end of the night.
To accomodate non-locals, time should be posted as:Grill closes: 11pmLast call: 11:30pmAte inside once, it was ok-ish. The mango-habenero wings were hotter than Domino's version. I tried to get something to-go on 04/27 15mins before closing time but they said the grill was down for the night and all I could order was fried stuff. If a service isn't open until it's reported closing time, it then becomes a loss of money or a customer. It might help to keep them on, on slow days. Eg. If the monetary quota has been met for the day, off. Else, leave on until after closing time. Just my opinion.Don't give me a complaint form. Read my review and take it as it is. Each attempt to just get a cheeseburger, as BWW is the only restaurant that is open by 11:45pm, has gone poorly. For that reason, I will take off 1 star each visit or upon given a complaint form. If I knew the grill was off by a certain time, I would not visit the establishment.
I like the wings at buffalo wild wings.. But the wings I order were dry and not pleasing.. This is the one across the river ...But the inside was nice.. customer service in the restaurant was good.
Food was freshly made and hot. Wings were very good and fries were amazing. Have had bad experiences in the past but this time definitely made up for all other bad experiences. Originally had gone to try to exclusive mountain dew flavor available during March Madness but wasn't available yet but was going to be available the following week. Lots of TVs to watch sports and an overall good atmosphere to hang out and have a few drinks and some food with family and friends.
Food was good, but they brought our food out 1 person at a time w several minutes in between. The last person had a salad and by the time she got it, everyone else's food was cold. I'd say they were probably short staffed, but they weren't that busy and they had at least a dozen servers running around....
Good wings, excellent beer selection and friendly service. What's not to like? We really have a good time with my family every time we go.
This location is meh at best. Like so many other restaurants the staff are incompetent and rarely get the order correct, management is typical, which is to say they could care less and the menu is a sad, sorry version of its former glory, but something tells me that if it was what it once was, this location would find it easy to screw it up
