The food here is always amazing and I really appreciate the effort they go through to provide gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan items. However, the service ALWAYS sucks. Every time. Last time I was here the table next to us was full of dirty plates the entire time we were eating. This time we were seated next to the waitresses podium thing and it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Meanwhile, the wait staff were all hanging out talking and on their phones. There were about 4 standing at the computer. When our food came out, there was a mistake with getting a wheat wrap instead of white (no big deal) but my biggest complaint with the food is that my chicken cheesesteak wrap was the size of a hot pocket, but my brother's general tsos wrap was like twice as big and was cheaper. Overall, this place just needs either better training or more competent management. They don't seem short staffed, just unmotivated.Also, the outside entryway is always filthy and covered with spider webs. It's the first thing you see. What does that say about their food safety practices in areas we can't see?
Pretty good food, the cookie pizza was amazing, the prices were really affordable
My parents and I went here and ordered fries and chicken fingers. The fries were alright, but the chicken fingers were not. The first bite both my mom and I took was almost impossible to chew. It was like the cooks just used a bunch of scraps from wings. It was hard and very dark chicken. Not good!
They have great food especially the chicken wings the only thing that I think would be a plus would be having different games on instead of all the same on one channel but other than that it's awesome and looks like a place that seems popular I would definitely give it a try ?
We hadn’t been back to Aroogas in several years. Every time we ate there, they messed up our order. We were invited by friends to go out tonight and we decided to give it another try. Guess what? The messed up our order. We had two separate orders of wings, different size and one was flats the other was legs. We both ordered celery and carrots and ranch. Our wings were brought out in one basket. No played to share. 2 carrot sticks and 1 piece of celery. The server says she never has seen food served like this before and apologized. I had to ask for an extra plate and dig my 5 flats out of the bottom of the 10 legs. Wet naps were soaked with sauce. No manager came over. No resolution was offered for the mistake. I was charged for 2 complete meals and was served 1. The wings were the smallest I have ever seen!We won’t be going back!
Great atmosphere, better food. Burgers were outstanding. Great selection of beer on tap and killer specialty drinks. Great place for an NFL Sunday or the NCAA Tournament with TVs at ever angle. Definitely will be going back.
First time eating at an aroogas. Everything was pretty good but the sauce flight for the fries. The ranch dressing also barly had any flavor. Onion rings are hand breaded and were good. Menu could be better. Five stars for the service though.
Ate here for the first time yesterday and we were so impressed! We are vegetarian and this menu had a HUGE selection for us! Food was great, server was great, selection was great. 10/10 will definitely be back, thank you!
My fiancee and I got wings last night and for 16 dollars for 10 wings I gotta say don't waste your money. Very little meat. Tough to eat. Bones broken in almost all wings gotten. What a waste.
