Obstacle course to get INTO!!! Then I order my food only to receive it luke warm at best....and my fries were the absolute worst I had ever had from Arby's.. the salt was ? gross as hell... I threw them away immediately... won't be back to this Arby's again
Compared to the horrible service at the Camp Hill location, they are fast and friendly here. The girl at the window deserves a raise. The McDonald's in the same parking lot takes 25-30 minutes to get your food sometimes and it's still wrong, but this Arby's has good quality control and customer service. Thanks for caring.
The Mgr. / older person ??? Was short and unapproachable. When I expressed dissatisfaction he yelled back to cook to remake and instead of going to insure no fatty greasy meat was used he just stood in front of me. I stated to counter person that cook was not told about issue just instructed to remake...she did the Mgr's job and went back and helped cook the sandwich was therefore made correctly and was delish. Good customer service starts at the top and in this case he missed the mark. Counter worker well exceeded my expectations ?
We ordered through drive thru, the guy at the window was an as* he wouldn’t give us what we wanted he kept arguing about it until we just went with what he wanted us to get. Highly don’t recommend when he is there, and he isn’t to friendly with people. Food also kinda sucked the chicken nuggets were like rubbery and the sand which had nothing on it just plain and not what we wanted.
Any Arbys in the area won't let you go inside and order carryout strictly drive though only, so if your a bus commuter like me without a drivers license, your out of luck. And were almost 2 years in this pandemic now and still no dine in. Sadly, the only place you can see every fast food chains dining rooms open is Florida.
It might be expensive to eat at Arby's but the food is always so good an they get the accuracy on orders correct
Fish was soggy and gross. Curly fries were very greasy. I threw it all away after 3 bites.
They always make you wait like 20 minutes even when nobody’s there. They’ve given my orders away to other customers as I sat there for 30 minutes, the food is soggy half the time and cold no matter what time of day I go. They definitely have things to improve
During the weekend it's seems like the guy doesn't like to be there,keep asking for the exact name even I showed him the order confirmation on my phone.i told him all the names my wife can use when ordering, until I got to her last name.i got the order but at home we find out that we missing two milk shake,I went back and asked for them ,the same person said :" ...because we don't have that,you will be refunded in two days.." I told him " why you never told me when you give the order..?" I was not satisfied ,I just left ,no apology !I think you get degrees of service according to how your name sounds.
Crew was friendly and accommodating as it was close to their closing time. Food is always great!
