I walked into order my usual (a meat mpuntain) this is a sandwich that take a moment to make I understand that but the manager at this location decided he didn't want to make it his exact words wer(I'm understaffed order something else or leave) I was the only customer in the building and when I walked in the employees were just leaning on the counter not doing anything. I'd call this the worst customer service iv ever received if I had gotten any customer service at all it's sad when you refuse orders purely because you don't feel like making them
Store 7889 Upper Allen Township, PAService was terrible. 3 Soda drink cups were splattered with chocolate. We didn't order anything chocolate. Upon asking if the cups could be wiped, the gentleman working the drive thru window, who I believe may have been a manager, proceeded to wipe one cup with his fingers, did not wipe the other two cups, and seemed irritated that he had been asked. Gave us our order, which included 2 roast beef dips. As we pulled forward, we realized the two cups of Au jus were missing. Dining room was closed. As there was a line at the drive thru, my husband walked up to the window. The gentleman working the window says, "what?" My husband asked him to please come to the door as part of our order was missing. Minutes later, the same man opened the door with our au jus, though he had never been told what was missing. He never apologized for the inconvenience. He was very abrupt and spoke as if he was being challenged and wanted a fight. His behavior was very unprofessional.
Management, Brian was amazing. Very friendly environment 5 stars here.
You wouldn't think fast food could get worse but it has....
Great selection of options for a fast food restaurant.
The buffalo chicken sandwich wasn't that good and may not have been fully cooked. The roll was good.
Ordered creamy Mediterranean wrap, tasty but definitely NOT a food to eat while driving made worse that it was not cut in half. Very generous portion. Prompt, courteous service.
Dining is closed. Truck drivers go eat somewhere else.
Placed an online order, went to the store to pick it up and it was closed at 4:45pm. If the store is going to be closed you should have it reflected online, so people don’t place orders. They also charged my card for the order and have not refunded it.
How does Arby's run out of roast beef? What else do people eat? Thats like McDonald's not having cheeseburgers.
