great first experience I was actually working as a doordash driver today and the manager here is very hard-working and polite. decided to give it a shot later in the day and the wings were fantastic and I love how many choices you have for the sauces and they are actually really good. I'd say it's about spot on for the money and the staff seem to be nice people. will be back again
Levittown location. Was under the impression that thigh bites were going to be a lot bigger than half an inch.French fries were god awfulHad to order them twice and I do believe the worker on duty through them back in the fryer because there were two times soggy and two times covered in whatever that stuff is they put on them which was super salty. Not a good experience at will not be coming back. And that was the first time I ever ate there. And of course you guessed it The joint is run by teenagers.Sorry but 75% of the teenagers these days don't know what they're doing
Had takeout tonight. This was my first time at wingstop. The wings were delicious. The thigh bites were outstanding! Voodoo fries were great! Loved it!
Food was nothing special. Boneless wings were hard as a rock, fries tasted as if they were cooked in old oil that hadn't ben drained and replaced in days. The "seasoned" fries are nothing but a salt lick. Ordered online, was told order would be ready in 20 mins, arrived over 20 mins later, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes as the order wasn't ready on time. It seems like this is a recurring theme here based on other reviews, if so that's a problem. I wouldn't mind waiting if the food were at least worth half the wait, but this wasn't the case either. Won't be back.
Our 2 nd time dining in.Fries had just the right amount of salt..Wait time was not bad .Music played was good .Staff always friendly and polite..
First experience at wingstop was terrible. Woman working front register was very ignorant. Could not hear one word she was saying. Asked her if she could speak up so i could understand her but she continued to mumble.. Then i get in My car and realize my order was not right. Asked for flats paid EXTRA for flats got all drums! Also forgot brownie. If it were possible i would have given zero stars but only allowing option for one.
Came for take out and waited 20 minutes after placing my order to get my food when they asked who I was waiting for. It was another 15 minutes until I got my food. Customer service was average and there was a clear priority on doordash and other delivery app orders to those actually dining in or waiting for food.Should have looked at the review before coming here.
THIS PLACE NEEDS SUPERVISION!!Walked in at 8:30pm last night to kill some time while I waited on my wife who works at Ross to get off at 9pm. NOTE: I was in no rush when I walked in the shop. The store was empty when I walked in I was the sole customer with approx. 8 employees. The Mexican girl at the register with the shiny ponytail did not greet me when I walked in. She was wiping tables and I thought I was waiting for someone else to come from the back to take my order. It took 3 minutes from the time I walked through the doors for her to acknowledge me standing at the register. When I asked her a question about the chicken tenders she responded like a moody teenager rolling her eyes acting as if I was bothering her. I waited between 25 and 30 minutes for my food to be done (I was told my 2 meals would be ready in 15-20 minutes). My wife called and our food still was not ready. I told the Mexican girl in front I'll be back in a few mins while I swung around to pick my wife up from work. When I returned my food was nearly ready I waited no more than a minute or 2.We live 5 minutes away on Levittown Parkway by the time I got home my food was lukewarm at best. At this moment I was upset and called the store. The same Mexican girl with the attitude who took my order picked up the phone. I calmly explained that I just left no more than 10 minutes ago and my food was cold. I told her there was no way that this chicken should be this cold unless it was sitting there for over 30 minutes. SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. I wish I saw the reviews from google, yelp, and restaurantji before ordering or else I would have never went in. I will be reporting this location to the BBB because there is a clear pattern of neglect from the franchise owner that has yet to be addressed.
They do have amazing fries and wings.BUT the customer service makes us not want to go here. They need better trained staff. They have enough working, but problem is one is doing the work, running around, while five stand there lost as hell or on their phones. 50 minutes later and I’m still waiting after being told 20minutes. When I get my order they forgot to put the seasoning on the wings!! That’s the whole point of going there! (after I just waited almost an hour!) and they put cold, dripping wet celery and carrots on top my opened hot fries! Now I have to drive back up and wait again for an order they screwed up cause no one there knows how to comunicate with each other. I try to give places a few chances, but every time I go here it’s an issue. I’d hate for them to close, so I hope corporate reads their reviews and changes something. My advice, order an hour or two before you actually plan on eating. Seriously.
Ordered 30 wings and paid for extra blue cheese was given 1 half filled cup of blue cheese and my bag was leaking Buffalo sauce all over the car I asked for more blue cheese and they made me make a new order and pay again for extra blue cheese also my brother said he ordered 10 wings the other day and was given the same amount of blue cheese as we got for 30 wings kid behind the counter was rude and drinking a soda while behind the counter UPDATE: The wings were so dry because the sauce was spilled all over the bag they put about 29 drums and one flat I LIKE FLATS TOO! AND 2 OF THE WINGS I KID YOU NOT HAD BITES TAKEN OUT OF THEM!!
