Get a new staff, I no world should FAST food take 25 minutes at a low traffic location like this. You have workers outside smoking and workers inside gossiping while exchanging my money and food. This has happen multiple times and every time I can see multiple cars leaving line as soon as next to order because of how fed up they are. Staff shows a lack of knowledge of what a JOB is and these aren’t even teenagers, these people act as if they don’t have bills to pay as if there just doing this because there mom told them they would get kicked out.
Would be 5 stars, if dining room was cleaned, condiment area empty and dirty, water on floor by soda machine.Dirty tables throughout. Service a little slow, no sense of urgency.Now food was absolutely amazing, was hot. New honey chicken was great. Fries were fresh and hot. Was not busy when I came in. But did get busier. Still no one to clean dining room or stock it.
Took forever to made a mobile order and it wasn’t even packed. Also requested for no mayo and still gave me my sandwich with mayo. Very disappointed. I do not recommend
Worst Wendy’s ever. If you want to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru with 4 cars in front of you, this is the place for you. If you want to pull up to the speaker to give your order and be ignored for 15 minutes until you’re forced to leave, this place for you. Also, a very rude and ignorant manager accused us of having counterfeit money because the $10 bill felt “too thin” to him. This place is an absolute joke.
The one manager is really rude and ignorant. I really dont know how she still has her job. She needs alot of customer service training. Speaking from being in customer service for a huge company. I would have been fired of they heard me talk like that to customers. Period. I barely go there bc of this. Dont deserve to be treated like that at all.
Placed an order on their app. After 20 minutes I received their status only to find out that they canceled my order. Waste of time and now I have to wait 3 days to have my money put back on my card. Not worth using their app. You lose money and get no food.
I love Chili and Wendy's has the best I have found. They offer it in a big family size or a small or large single serving size. I always get at least 2 Chilli to take home if not the family bucket.I almost always get a Baconator Combo. They have all sorts of. hamburgers & cheeseburgers. The Baconator, as you might expect considering the name, comes with lots of bacon. Plus their beef patties are exceptional. You can get the Baconator with one or two large patties. In fact the patties are so large I usually only get one.They have a variety of Chicken Sandwiches too. I always want to try one but the Baconator always wins.The staff at Wendy's are always super friendly and helpful. The cashier, Jamie, seemed happy to add items I had forgotten when ordering and since no one was waiting behind us, she took the time to chat with us. Violet, the Hostess, even took time to join our chat.When we left Wendy's we truly felt special.
The worst meal I have had at Wendy's. Burger was like shoe leather the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Very disappointing. Guess I will go back to McDonald's, at least burgers can be eaten.
Went through drive threw in the evening. They had signs that said order and pay online so we did that. We pulled around and ordered $30 worth of food ONLINE. Not only did they NOT HAVE 2 MEALS WE WANTED they but offered things we didnt like or leftovers i saw a worker almost throw in the trash but they stated they could not refund us the money. I said I'm not leaving without a refund please. The manager said it went back on your credit card. I made sure to wait and verify that and NO it was not on my credit card. The manager blamed it on all of the new employees and reluctantly refunded me my $30.00 cash not on credit card unfortunately. I will never return to the location again. Also,we did wait a total of 45min with 2 cars in front of us! We thought maybe they were busy making new food but nope every other car had the same issue.
4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru..waited 45min..specified my order twice so they wouldnt forget and they still messed it up..a staff of 15 year olds who didn't care.
