I have heard from other people that this place was really good, so I decided to try it today. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and my whole order was wrong. I got a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy, with tomatoes even though I asked for without. I asked for mashed potatoes and received French fries. Disappointed with my first experience here, probably won’t come back.
I've been going here for at least a year or two by now. My family and I have been obsessed with it. We get the same thing every time. We don't mind the wait or anything because it's ALWAYS fresh and hot.Just went and I'm really debating ever going back. I know people have off days or a food item might not be in stock, but at least be upfront about it.First, the drive thru guy was mad I wouldn't buy a combo. That was odd. I just wanted sandwiches and fries. So, my typical wait time at the window. No biggie whatsoever. I barely live 2 minutes down the road. Food was EXTREMELY cold. It was actually shocking to taste it not even lukewarm. Anyway, the grilled chicken sandwich was cold, super thin, not even close to half an inch thick like it typically is, literally paper thin. I was told it had a rubber covering on it (like a bad piece of chicken). The regular cheeseburger was mediocre, again, cold. They used to give big patties that were freshly made. This was the size of a regular McDonald's burger, super thin and basically bun and condiments. I'm assuming the double cheeseburger would be the size of one of their old patties...? The last burger we got was the Hell Burger. It was horrible, they used to batter and fry the onions and jalapenos. They were thrown on the sandwich raw, the onions seemed rotten. Again patty was small and cold. Fries were cold. Everything was horrible! I am really debating going back. I really used to love this place. For the time I spent waiting today, I was minimally expecting hot/warm
One of the better places that I've tried lately, i had the burgers one day ,they were excellent ,went back 2 days later to try the chicken,although very good i thought it was a little expensive to tell you the truth .i really couldn't understand the menu at all when it came to the chicken part .i saw the 4/4 and i got a 8 piece and it was 28 dollars .don't know why .i guess i should have looked at the menu closer ,no wings or breast,that sucked .as much as i liked them can't see ,them being in business in this area without better advertising .and Thier,prices for the sides and drinks,are not comparable at all for a lrg paper cup soda 3,49 out of your mind ,staff was great .but prices are high if you want people to be regulars sorry.I couldn't afford for my wife and i to eat there more than once a month compared ,to mcds 2, or 3 times a month or Wendy's ,or bk sorry
Chicken was hot, the spicy was so spicy and nice. The burgers were made right when I ordered, looked like something from a movie, big, fresh and tasty. The fries and biscuits were also pleasant. Will be returning again
Service was pretty quick compared to other locations. It is a lot cleaner than other locations too.
Always pass by but never stop in. Today I decided to go by the drive thru and was not disappointed. The tenders were fresh and crispy and had a nice kick to it while the fries tasted as if they were very well seasoned. The staff was also courteous and polite with the order. Will definitely come back soon.
My burger looked like something from our of a magazine. Well appointed with all the fixings. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The coleslaw was very good, too.
Biscuit was a little over baked, but otherwise the food was good. The main issue I had was that my order wasn't correct (I ordered all white meat chicken) and when I returned to the counter, the chicken that I originally received was placed back on the serving rack - a clear violation of health code. They have no idea if I spat on the food, sneezed on it or what (I didn't, but I did breath on it) Who knows how many times this happens during a day?
This place was really good. The burgers and fries were extremely fresh and tasty. It seemed to have a family run atmosphere which I liked. The staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.
Chicken is always very good. Now the sides are HORRIBLE..... fries... YUCK... Mashed w gravy.. YUCK.. Corn on cob.. YUCK.... I hate having to go to another place to get sides. Please change them, and make them better. They are NOT good.
