I loved the food. However... amongst the sauces were used and very dirty packets. I found that gross. When I went in the bathroom I found one unflushed toilet with toilet paper on it. Another one with toilet paper on the seats. I did say something but was told it was nothing out of the ordinary but the person cleaned it for me. I feel bathrooms should be cleaned every 20 minutes. Other than that, the team member who waited on me very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean. The food was yummy.Just check on the bathrooms and sauce section. (I never mentioned it) only another customer saw it too.
The food was great. Hot and accurate. The man at the drive thru cash window was pleasant. The woman taking orders sounded absolutely miserable. I almost told my mom to pull out of line and we will go to the Taco Bell in Fairless Hills where the team is super nice. This team member didn't answer the headset until we said hi (which we did wait some time because I understand they may have been busy on the inside, but we also thought maybe they closed early). When we asked if they had Mexican pizza, the woman seemed super annoyed- she sternly and abruptly said \\\"no and we're never getting it back.\\\" OK that's fine. We continued with our order which she proceeded to rush through with saying \\\"anything else?\\\" After every item we ordered. Then she asked if we needed sauce and my mom said \\\"can we add a side of sour cream?\\\" And the woman responded with \\\"I SAID, DO YOU NEED SAUCE.\\\" We get to the food window \\u0026 she handed out the drinks with no greeting, no \\\"hi\\\" or \\\"how are you?\\\". She proceeded to take an order off a shelf (I guess a mobile order for the next guest) and she threw it on the drive thru window ledge. Extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience after dealing with her. I'm not one to complain especially during these stressful times with short staffing and a demanding service environment, but her attitude was not necessary.
The food isn't heated all the way. I wish the employees would change their attitudes or just in general their job if their miserable.
They either need to hire older employees or have better management. The kids that work here are very unprofessional and rude; caring about joking around and socializing more than the customer service.
The menu is improved. Quite a selection now. You can get extra beef on your tacos. It's important to me
Everytime I go there they always mess up my meals. At night they are rude.
In and out through the drive-thru everybody is courteous everybody is wearing masks great service and there's actually some food in the tacos at this location it's the only one I will go to

This is the worst steak burrito I ever had. I couldn't let it slide so I had to wait in the drive thru again for a refund. I was going to be cool about it but they tried to play me for a fool so now I'm going all out and complaining to corporate. I always have bad experiences at this location but it's been awhile since I was here so I figured I would give them a chance again but they are worse now than before. They all be goofing off and laughing at me but they wasn't laughing when I refused to move from the drive thru until I spoke to the rude manager and finally got my refund after a few minutes of arguing. Very un professional here and everyone looked extra dirty in there. Something has to be done about this location. They just can't get right.
