The Baristas were really sweet, and I loved how they were working as a team. The food was fresh (fruit,cheese,crackers) and my drink (Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) was made as if they were making it for themselves (which is good). The atmosphere inside had a great vibe with a playlist that kept me singing. I'll definitely come back to this one.

Very disorganized they don't call your name or hand your order to you, they just bring your order out to the counter hoping you get it and not one of the other 50+ people gathering around the counter steal it. Took me 30 mins just to get a frappuccino

Staff are all great. Management needs to look at their scheduling software for delivery estimation. App said order would be ready in 8 minutes. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for the order. They are also making drinks for people in drive thru and ordered inside after my arrival but prior to my drinks ordered 30+ mins. We should be allowed to charge companies back for our time. They would owe me $75 by this point.

If you’re in a rush don’t stop at this location. Today I went into this Starbucks and what I thought would’ve been a quick maybe 10-15 min stop turned into 30-40 min. First, when I ordered, the guy who was taking my order, who was very nice, kept interrupting me and randomly saying hi. He said there was a “competition” going on to see which employee could say hi the most. So I said oh okay no problem, and he eventually finished taking my order. I think him being in their “competition” distracted him because the baristas had no idea of my order and it wasn’t in their system. After standing there for about 20-30 min I eventually went up to a barista and said something and that’s when they informed me my order wasn’t in their system. They were then very nice and made my order for me. But after today, I’m probably just going to stop coming to this location. This has happened one too many times.

This Starbucks has the nicest staff!!! Brian in particular is such a sweet, fun human being! My mom and I went through the drive thru ~15 mins before closing on a Friday night and Brian’s energy was so contagious! He made our night. Can’t wait to come back to this location for the great coffee and exemplary service!

Took so long for a simple cup of coffee, I almost left. My friend and I ordered 2 cappuccino’s the medium was prepared by an employee, then the large was prepared by a different employee and came out many minutes later, total time wasted waiting for this overpriced product was 20 minutes. Apparently they stop brewing dark roast coffee in the morning, so I had to settle for a weak cup of coffee. Completely disappointed.

Very dirty and sticky all over the tables/counters and trash on the floor. The music was so loud I couldn't even hear the person I was with sitting across from me! The guy who took our order was very kind and helpful but I will not be coming back to this star bucks.

Don't stop here if you're in a hurry before work, but if you must, place a mobile order at least 45 mins before you need it. The employees here are great and you can tell they're doing their best, but management desperately needs to step in. Location is overworked and service is very, very slow. Placed a mobile order at 8:30 and still wasn't ready at almost 9. You could easily wait upwards of an hour for a coffee here which is crazy.

Extremely slow service. Been through the drive through twice and waited in line over 30 mins, and ordered inside once and waited 30-40 mins. Got to the store 30 mins after placing a mobile order and drink still wasn’t ready. Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry.
