The food is the normal Papa John's quality as it should be when it's done right and fresh. Also this location is severely under staffed with there only being 1 employee in the whole entire store, which happened to be the manager. Which this manager works extremely hard and is doing the task of two or three different employees. This manager definitely deserves a promotion as he's working great, hard, efficient, fast and having no days off either.
Sodas are expired, floors are disgusting, night shift refuses to clean, there are dead bugs everywhere (window sills, cooler, under the cooler), The GM tells staff that they should be cleaning in their downtime but she goes outside every 10 mins to smoke a cigarette. she comes in the store reeking of cigarettes. Natalia is also a horrible person. The only people who deserve to move up is Kaylee and Emma.
HORRIBLE!!? They don't even answer their own phone for orders & have a 3rd party service with a language barrier doing it that told me 15-25 minutes. When I get there 20 minutes later, they had no idea about my order & told me another 25 minutes which brings it to an hour! ??♀️ I come back in 20 minutes again & I'm told another hour, they're on order 62 & I'm order 82!! ? I didn't come back & ordered Chinese!

Have not been here in years, ordered on line said 45 min. 1 hour and 15 minutes I'm still here waiting for it. I get short staffed but seriously only 3 people on the floor. Working hard I will say for these 3. Nothing bad about staff. But killed my night waiting this long for one pizza. Well change my mind, my pizza is not even in the oven. Now 3 people behind counter arguing, lady telling Ian to go home because he told her he don't have the pizza.Lost me as quick as you got me

I called and spoke with Kaylee today and she was AMAZING to speak with and very helpful. I wish more companies hired people like Kaylee. Her customer service was exceptional!!!

Place is well staffed and pizza is always ready early. Which caught me off guard the first time but due to staffing issues all rest face I accept. Staff is pleasant and food is good.
want to give thumbs to Manger had an issue early, but Manger came directly to my apartment and deliver to me personnel that was very kind and professional and thank you again I will continue to support Papa Johns ALWAYS
