This is the worst McDonald's in Levittown. I just got two raw Double Quarter Pounders with cheese and old rock hard nuggets. Not a little red inside the burger, RAW! There was six cars parked waiting for their food in the drive thru. They would take your order and your money and then tell you to park and wait for your food. Waste of time and money.
This is the reason why I hate eating fast food. It's because of the inconsistent food from one restaurant to the next. Normally I do not eat at this McDonald's but tonight my wife and I did not have time to go to our normal McDonald's where we know what we get when we order is going to be what it always is and what it is supposed to be. If this McDonald's serves this food consistently it would be bulldozed in a week and there would be a Wawa here within a month. 30$ worth of food and the only thing my wife and I consumed was the frappe. Tighten up. You represent a global franchise. If you wouldn't eat what your serving then don't serve it. That simple.
We don’t often order from here, but it seems that every time they mess up my mobile order. This particular order they forgot my apple pies. Last time they messed up one of the sandwiches and the time before I had to go back to get a sandwich they forgot. My 8 year old daughter actually asked me what they were going to mess up this time. I guess now I know why people check the order before they pull off. Unfortunately I always seem to trust they will get it correct.
The drive thru girl was horrible. Couldn't understand a thing she said. She had to get someone else. Then she went to take the payment and couldn't hear her cause she had her mask on her mouth. I asked for a Dr.Pepper with my meal and was given a Coke. Asked for no ice in a coke and they put ice. The fries were ice cold, not even a little warm. Horrible all around. Wish I could give 0 stars
I was there sunday 11pm but store and drive thru was closing pls update. System said midnight close.
Dont ever go here mánager cristal is very nasty rolled her eyes at me when i told her order was wrong nice person then took forever to get a refund bk for me now
Good food, friendly staff, fast service
Was charged for 20 piece chicken nuggets and only got 10 in a 20 piece chicken nugget box.
Not open at posted time. Closed at 11, posted as being open till 12. Drive thru open and lights still on at 11:30 but got no response.
The best of best happy Thanksgiving to all there and love it
