They only get two stars, because of the cleanness of the place n service was fast and Curtis, but the food was messy, I mean the bun was drenched I mean soaked, I got a spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken slid out of bun, every time I took a bite, or tried too, just horrible, my two children ordered crispy chicken sandwiches, they were not crispy, but soggy also, Mcdonald's is on the decline, at least they got the order rite this time.
I ate a dozen or so of the new crispy chicken sandwiches and it's pretty good but then I got one that wasn't. I've had chicken sandwiches like this at other fast food places (1 out of every dozen). Its rubbery, not overcooked, not undercooked. You can't even bite through it. After researching it appears to be an issue with the low quality sketchy chicken meat. So I'll definitely not be getting one from Mcdonalds again.
Mobile Order and Pay makes it so easy to compile unique orders, stress free! It also cuts back on line time during those busy hours. Just last night when I arrived, the drive thru line was pretty long, so I pulled in a spot and placed my order. They can bring it out to you, so you don't gotta wait in the drive thru line. I like the drive thru option, though. It's just great.
Good customer service can be a hit or miss here, though as of recently it's gotten better.
They always get my order right here. However it is always cold and takes a long time to get my food.
Messes up the orders every-time, left a message no answer. I got a full meal, didn’t receive my fries lmfao. Sandwich was completely wrong too.
Service was slow, I was shorted a drink, and my big Mac was missing lettuce and pickles
Very long lines during Covid and even with app order sometimes wait is long...staff mostly friendly and efficient..only real complaint, is Mocha (McCafe machines) are frequently down for cleaning (even on weeks I stop several times at varying times, exc within hour or 2 of opening in a.m.) with up 25 min wait and thats after being in line and pre-app ordering 10-20 minutes earlier)

I'm sure this place has changed management throughout the years so I'm not sure who should get credit for this place doing such a great job.This establishment always provides prompt service, accurate orders, pleasant staff, and hot food.
