I have been a weekly customer for years and have seen a decline in customer service over the last several months. As of yesterday I am no longer a patron of this place. The food has always been good but they only do take out over the last 2 years. That said there have been mistakes such as items paid for but left out of the package leaving one of us without a meal. That said, the reason I will no longer go there is because of the extremely rude customer service. It finally came to an end for me when he tried to blame me for forgetting to place my order after waiting nearly an hour. No apology or resolution, just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This attitude towards a loyal regular customer can not be excused or rewarded with any further purchases by me or anyone in my family.

We have been loyal customers for many years at this establishment. The last three times we ordered food here the quality and taste was dramatically lower. Food was terrible. And they are taking COVID safety to another level. To pick your food up feels like you are getting your food from a contaminated lab it’s so bizarrre. After many years we have to say goodbye.
I love this place. This is my go to Chinese plaza. I love the Chicken and Brock with either share or brown rice with an egg roll. I always get it. It’s SO FRICKIN GOOD!!!
The food in this restaurant is terrible! The ingredients are not fresh yet! Stomach after eating! Rubbish restaurant!
This has happened twice now. NOWHERE on their website or social media outlets does it say they are pick-up only. Even a sign in front of their door would suffice. We get there and there is a table blocking their door. You are throwing business away! DO BETTER!!!!!
I am a regular customer at Jade Asian restaurant Woodburn road Levittown Pennsylvania , but 3 days ago I ordered some food there and it was horrible.1. The tuna tataki had alot of tiny red worms . No they WERE NOTveins. 2. The egg roll was oozing in grease that it soaked the entire bottom of the brown bag that was carrying the rest of my order. 3. The Shrimp and lobster sauce was sooooo salty I was Unedible.This is NOT the first time I had bad food from this place. This WILL be my very last time I EVER eat there.Hong Kong Pearl is around the corner.There food is great all the time.
