NEW FALLS LEVITTOWN PA DUNKIN DONUT ? I GOT BREAKFAST SANDWICHES THIS MORNING AND THE ENGLISH MUFFINS WERE BURNT BLACK I HAVE PICTURE 'S TO SHOW I BOUGHT 4 AND EVERYONE OF THEM WERE BURNT BLACK I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A ONE I GIVE THEM A ZERO MY GRANDCHILDREN WOULDN'T EVEN EAT THEM IT WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY I WILL NEVER ORDER BREAKFAST FROM THEM AGAIN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A NICE TREAT FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN BUT I THOUGHT WRONG ?
Daily morning coffee stop. I've been going to this location for years. Great staff.
Why are they in business? The coffee is meh... lukewarm most of the time... but the staff!!! Rude, rude, rude, rude!!! Never a "hello" or "thank you". Attitudes. Angry looks. No customer service whatsoever. They really make you feel like you're annoying them and they don't wanna be there. Well I'll be bringing my business somewhere else!
Whoever works there today needs to be fired. Burnt food, but it's cold. They got almost everything wrong in my order except the hot chocolate, which tastes like water some how and the person on register has no idea what's going on
If i could give it 0 starts I would. Horrible service. Called them twice and didnt even let me finish question they hung up. I will make sure i never order at this location
Great customer service. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. They know your order if you're a regular which makes you feel cared for. Never had any issues at this coffee spot.

WORST LOCATION. Unorganized. Staff is rude sometimes. Meaning that if you order any of coffee and it looks to dark and you want more cream it's a hassle or if it is to light need more coffee. They begrudgingly do it with attitude.No consistency from day to day. There in the business of making your coffee the way you ask and when it's not correct they think you should just pay your 2,3,4,5 for your coffee & shut up.
This location sucks! The first time I went through the drive thru and got a coffee, they charged my card $26! It was an accident so I went inside and told them they made a mistake. They acted like I was lying! Im not paying $26 for a cup of coffee! I did get my refund after I showed the lady that the amount came out of my account. 2nd visit thru the drive thru I got a caramel latte and a coffee for a friend and I was charged $10.14! Are you kidding me?! All im saying is make sure yall check your receipts because there are too many mistakes at this location. Never again ?
Coffee is watered down!! Soooo disappointed!! Back to McD's for my awesome coffee!
