Do not go here. They overcharge and steal from customers. I’ve only been there twice and both times was charged more than double for my order. They do not give receipts. Called corporate and the manager said it was a mistake and the bad reviews on here are lies, however, it happened to me both times i’ve been there so obviously not a mistake. Calling my card company to dispute these charges.
‼️‼️DO NOT GO HERE ‼️‼️ THE LADY AT THE WINDOW WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA THINGS THAT YOU DID NOT ORDER. I ordered a small iced coffee and nothing else. I pulled up to the window and the lady just sticks her hand out without saying any price and I just proceeded to hand her my card. When I checked my bank statement she charged me $6 for one small iced coffee. I go here every single morning so when I went next I let her charge my card for my one small I’ve coffee and right after I asked for my receipt. She then proceeded to tell me to move forward and wait for my coffee so I did and when they brought me my order out a girl brings out my coffee and a bag of food… the lady charged me for a sandwich, hash browns and a large coffee!!!
Never give a receipt for your order and always over charge you. I ordered a wake up wrap before and it was charged as a sandwich, I asked for a receipt because I knew the price couldn’t be right and she immediately knew what she did before she gave me the receipt I asked for. It’s always the one older lady with glasses. Everytime she rings me up, it always cost more than it did the last I went (when I was rung up by someone else) and I usually get the same things so I have an idea of the prices. She will overcharge you for everything, she charged me for whipped cream on my iced latte when they already come with free whipped cream. Cooperate tried to argue that every Dunkin have different price and policies but I told them, when you order from the app at the same location, they don’t charge for all the extra fees that already is included in the drink and if that was the case, she never asked if I wanted whipped cream ( maybe because it already come with the drink). I usually use my app to pay for my stuff but I was short so she told me I owe $1.50 then after I left, I checked my bank account since it was the same lady and she charged me $4.24 which is not a lot but why do I always have to overpay everytime I go there. It’s so frustrating! Also they never give bags, I don’t understand why? They will literally had you your food(s) in the small bag your food is placed in, even if it more than one item without any napkin! Even with the stoppers for your drink, why do I have to ask for it when you see my drink spilling as you’re handing it to me? That same lady never greets you or say thank you even if you try to be nice. She acts like she getting paid more for overcharging you!
i worked here as an employee for ONE DAY and noticed so many things wrong with the way that this store is run. i had previously been a shift lead at another dunkin location, so i do have a first hand look at how a dunkin store SHOULD be run.upon my arrival on my first day of work, no one knew i was going to be there or even greeted me when they saw me. the owner (i assume) who hired me was not present and i later learned that he does not actually visit the store.i introduced myself to my new coworkers & let them know my past experience working at another location. i made every attempt to help out, whether that be by preparing drive thru orders, taking orders, taking money, or preparing “on the go” orders. everyone seemed to have their own system and would not accept my help even when i offered & made them aware of my experience. they were rude in their tone with me and stood in my way. even when i excused myself, they ignored me. all that was asked of me was to take walk in orders & prepare them as customers came in, and “clean.” most of the time, i stood with nothing to do because it was clear that my help was not wanted.i don’t know why i was hired in the first place if they didn’t want my help. someone with my level of experience should not have been placed only where i was, and it made me frustrated knowing that i could’ve done so much more, but i was restricted. i wanted to work with my new coworkers & help run the store, but after my experience here, i regret even offering my help in the first place.nothing is in order at this store. to begin with, it’s dirty. no one cleans the counters or discards used paper towels that they RE-USE to “clean” other devices & counters. if they do clean the counters, they are sprayed with WATER and nothing else - no sanitizer. no one wears gloves when they prepare beverages. nothing is refrigerated. there is whipped cream, milk, and refresher concentrate left out at all times.there is no decaf coffee at all. this store makes money off of selling people caffeinated coffee and labeling it decaf - which is a safety hazard! elderly people and people with other medical issues might have a serious reaction to caffeine.the way that this store is run is so chaotic that no one can keep up. there is only one order screen that is being used, when there should be 2: one for the person who is taking orders, and one for the person who is ringing up orders. they do have another screen, but it is not accessible because it is blocked by materials in front of it on the counter. at this store, you cannot take an order & ring up another customer at the same time on one screen, which slows down drive thru traffic. orders are not fully recorded. nothing is entered exactly as it’s ordered, which leaves customers sometimes with incomplete or incorrect orders. no labels are being placed on beverages, making it even harder to keep track of orders when they are ready to be sent out. each food item, when handed out, should be placed in a bag but they are just handed to the customer.i did not receive my tips for the day that i worked. before i left that day, i noticed that they were all gone, and i assume were distributed to everyone else. i did eventually receive my tip money, but only after asking for it. i was never asked for my banking information to add myself to the payroll, so i am still waiting to be paid for my work.prior to working, i was thrilled to have an interview when i had the opportunity. i was excited to start working at this location, and expected it to be run smoother than my previous store, but my experience with this store absolutely did not live up to my expectations. this store has to be 10x more unprofessional than my last location. all of the negative reviews written about this store are definitely for a reason. if you live in levittown, dunkin on woodbourne rd. is your best bet. don’t give these people your business.
Cashier at the drive through on weekdays in the early morning hours if 7am is extremely rude.Overcharges and doesn't understand that when I ask politely for her to adjust it , she argued with me. Then shoves the stuff at me today. This has been a year at least of her not saying anything nice not greeting with a hello nothing. She is always rude and gives me the wrong items half the timeI have not spoken up until today. I go there at least t3-4days a week. She needs to learn customer service skills. Today she shoved the thingout the window and told me not to come back. Not the way to do business.
Very hard to place order the person didnt speak English and I feel bad but our order was wrong and after 10 mins we just gave up. None of our coffees had cream.
rather disappointing visit - nearly no donut choices left by evening and they were out of the *Featured* Brown Sugar flavor for coffee. Went with an old favorite in a latte, and they definitely went light on the flavor syrup - i've worked at a Dunkin, i know the taste of my drink made properly according to the corporate recipe - this wasn't. Female associate was at least friendly, so that's a good thing; the guy there seems like english isn't his first language and had to pass off simple questions to his coworker.
Always a good place to get your coffee and donut fix. Drive through is available
A convenient stop for a beverage and a sweet. The 2 stars is because the coffee was like water, had absolutely NO FLAVOR. Was very disappointed since Dunkin is known for its coffee.
Make sure you ask and check your receipts when ordering from this dunkin. They will make your small a large or just flat out add another item onto your receipt. They don't give you a bag for your food and refuse to get more stoppers for the hot coffee. I almost would give a zero star if I could, but the older ladies who don't speak much English are very nice and always smiling.
