The staff was nice and helpful. Cake was good tasted the same as if we would’ve got a carvel cake.

went in there looking for ice cream in freezer and grouchy, rude owner told me to get out, and so I left the store. Never to return!

Definitely lacking customer service skills. Ordered cake for sons birthday was not asked flavors,colors. Team member seemed rushed, picked up cake same team member helped me. Still had bad customer service, didn’t offer to show me the product and just expected me to walk away. I will find other options for future family events.

Super rude. I walked in saw no one in there so I said hello and he greeted me by saying whats the rush. I said I'm sorry didn't mean to sound rude just didn't see no one. Well he continues to be rude. Saying comments again. If I really didn't need this cake I would of said no thanks. Will not be shopping there anymore.
Just had a peanut butter pie, with brownie on the bottom....important to get out of freezer to allow enough time to soften up! Outstanding!
