I came with the sheet of coupon I order 3 wallpaper three cheeseburger one order of chicken nuggets with french fries and I was asking five-time please no cheese apparently all the 6 Burger have cheese the reason manager over there his name is Kevin he was out on me on the phone hang up the phone in my face three time claim death they didn't put me cheese in the burger explain to him I have video and picture also you miss my order one french fries very disgusting service if the corporate will see that very disappointed customer service I don't know who you hired to be a manager of the store but this is disgusting

Usually at this location items are really good. Unfortunately this visit got a bacon cheeseburger that was overcooked and lacked flavor.
Slowest fast food ever. The drive through takes like 30 minutes to get through. Don’t ever go here when you need a quick meal. You have to plan ahead.

I would rate this place just a LITTLE higher if the ONE manager didn't seem to ALWAYS have an attitude!! He treats customers in a terrible manner. Which is extremely bad business being a manager & all ... just saying. It would be nice if the employees weren't so rude constantly & always messing up orders. Not to mention dirty!! Especially if you have kids!!!
Cold, gross, breakfast. Slimy sandwich and oily hashbrowns. The lady tells me I have to pay extra for a soda then fills the cup with ice. What a joke.
Quick service fast food, I like the Whopper Jr deluxe and their fries are crispy.
At around 3:00 P.M on the first of February I was trying to order a burger and a drink but the person on the other end refused to take my order because she claimed I was too young. She said I should hang up and do my homework. Yet I don't have any homework and in fact, I am a straight A student. She told me to stop playing with my parents phone but I am completely capable of using MY phone properly. I am 12 years old and I am given permission to travel around and out of my neighborhood by my parents. If I wanted to, I would be allowed to leave my neighborhood and to the rita's by the giant.
