Super awesome experience! the workers seemed very excited to serve and were all having a great time. no negative atmosphere and super friendly and cooperative with us. They accidentally made the wrong milkshake and upgraded us for free. We forgot to get her name but the red haired women was so nice, she seemed to be the manager and was overly helpful in getting our orders. Just great experience and food was great too. :)

Very slow? and don't honor most of their coupons. It took forever to get some fresh French fries. Check your food because they will give you cold food. ? ?

This Arby’s is closed literally every single time I get there. Today I got there at 2:15pm, no signs, nothing and no one on site. There used to be signs posted about closing by 7 due to staffing issues I believe, another time food shortage (I get with the pandemic, okay), but even when I got there at 6pm, they were closed. 2pm on a Monday and no one was there to take my order either, however I saw workers inside. I’m so confused on what’s going on with this location? I have finally decided to go to the location by the Levittown Shop Rite today, no issues and no food shortages either.

I stopped at Arby’s on my way home from work. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Meal. When I got home to eat the crinkle fries were cold and looked they had been sitting there all day. The Beef and Cheddar was nasty! The roll was stale and hardly and cheese on it! Also looked old and not fresh! I would have driven back to complain but to tired! Totally waste of money!

Came in I thought you couldn't sit inside cause all the chairs are up. Not the case the young man said cause people really don't eat in side. Well I know why. The place was so dirty. The roll was stale, French fries freezer burnt.no napkins. Horrible. Waste of my money. Whoever owns the place need to do a vist and clean that pace up. Board if health would love to see it.also the email you say to complain is invalid

I normally won't leave a bad review I just skip over. However I hope this gets seen by someone who can fix the problems. There is a leak from their refrigerator that makes the carpet by the register sticky, unsanitary, and gross. Not one, and I'm not exaggerating, not one clean table. The condiment station is dirty, the wall behind it is spattered withd dried gunk. trash is overflowing, again not exaggerating. The floors on the line has visible excess amounts of trash. It's 3 o'clock on a Thursday. If this is what I can see, what does the walk in look like, or refrigerators, or ice machine or behind the equipment? I don't even want to eat my meal or feed it to my kids. Please fix this, as I do love Arbys.

Worst Arby's ever and getto. This Arby's location is not going to last if they continue like this is going to be closed down. The food was completely nasty. The chicken was preheated from the day before, just a little ranch on the sandwich and the cheese was so gummy, I won't be returning here at all plus I was told to wait in the Drive-Thru when it was nobody there at all and you can't even dine in here.

Avoid this Arby's at all costs. Arrived at 1:30pm with family. All doors locked even though you could see young workers inside doing absolutely nothing. Didn't even come to door to let us know what's going on. We left. Came back at 2pm. It was open, but no roast beef!!!! You read that correctly, no roast beef! I know times are hard and we all have to deal with shortages, delays, etc. But to have a fast food place that specializes in beef and then have none is absolutely ridiculous! The staff were clueless and airheads. Very poor representation of the youth of today.

Ordered a roasted chicken salad this evening. I got home to find they had omitted putting the chicken on the salad. There was a young man there who did not appear to have any idea of how to prepare the orders. My order was proof of that pudding. I tried calling to report the error, called about 10 times. No one picked up. They either need to train better or get better help.

I went though the drive thu very slow considering the lobby is closed I order 49 dollars worth of food the sandwiches were cold there was hardly any meat on the Ruben. I order the fries were cold, I called and complained to the manager said she was sorry to hear about my experience told her she lost.a customer for now on I go to the Fairless hills arbys much better service
