The Penn is a place very dear to me as i have spent a lot of time there in the past year with my friends. I first went there right after i turned 21 and a year later it is still my go to bar. They’ve made many renovations to make the atmosphere even better than it already was! They have pool tables, a dart board, and they updated their TouchTunes. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, the bathrooms were just renovated and were always kept decently clean. The service is also excellent. Every bartender and bouncer in there is awesome, and the owner is one of the nicest ladies in town.
Great bartenders and atmoshpere. Pool also.... You got to come and have a drink!
The chilly dogs are great
Stopped by today for the famous chili dogs and we weren’t disappointed. The service and food provided by the owner was excellent. The meal set the tone for a great shopping experience in downtown Lebanon. Thanks for keeping this Lebanon institution going!

Upscale restaurant in downtown Lebanon on Cumberland Street. NY style hot dogs. Great menu. Excellent and pleasant service. Easy in and out for a quick breakfast or lunch. Parking all around.
