The dining room doors were locked at 8:15, even though there were multiple people inside eating at the tables. We decided to go through the drive-thru, which had 3 cars in line in front of us. It's been 35 minutes waiting in line - and we're now stuck in line because of the conveniently place guide rails around the drive-thru lane. How on earth does it take so damn long to serve 3 cars- when the dining room is closed?!?!
It's the fish sandwich time of year! I always make a trip to Wendy's for them! Theirs is better than any of the other fast food places!
Went through the drive through and grabbed a chicken sandwich combo on my way home from work after a 20 min drive home I find a hair wrapped in with the sandwich. Maybe someone should be making sure hats are worn in the grill area
Whoever was working there tonight made the absolute, best, freshest fast food I have ever had in my entire life from ANY Wendy's! Seriously, this is so fresh, cooked to perfection with nothing dry, nothing hard, nothing mediocre - which you expect from fast food, sad but true. The fries are literally the freshest I've had since boardwalk fries back in the day as a kid at the beach. I am so impressed that I'm actually writing this review while I eat! You all deserve recognition there!! We go to this Wendy's, this one in particular over all of the other fast foods in the area, because you all truly do have the best quality and I just had to write this review - you guys are appreciated!!
This is mold in my drink. More than likely a worker didn’t clean the spouts on the nozzle to the drink machine. Do better, Wendy’s.
Please stop watering down your chili! The manager on staff on 2/28/22 at 7 pm, with whom I spoke after purchasing water-downed chili through the drive through stated, “we are not going to make another pot of chili because it takes two hours to make a pot”. This is the second time I received watered down, tasteless chili. Never had the problem with the Palmyra, Wendy’s. …and please explain the reason another pot could not be made 5.5 hours prior to closing! I like Wendy’s chili! Please stop watering down the chili!
The staff was very nice and the place was clean. I will definitely drive past the Wendy's closest to me to come here again.
I have fun story to tell about this beautiful location. The Dine-in was closed so I proceeded to go to the drive through. My eardrums were blown out when a pan was dropped through the microphone. After that I ordered 2 baconators, 2 fries, and 2 frosties. I got my order and pulled into the lot to eat. I got everything ready to eat and grabbed my baconator.I opened it up and I was utmostly disgusted. It had a bite taken out of it. Not only that, it was a chicken sandwich. How.I walked to the window and waited patiently behinds a fellow customer who was awaiting his disappointment. I shown the workers my problem and they took the sandwich and gave me my two baconators and no apologies. I returned to my car.when I returned to my car. I cautiously ate my burger, fearing some foreign objects to be in it. I then realized I never got a spoon for my frosty. I left. How, Just, how
Third time this happened in the last month or so.Ordered a burger with mustard and catsup. Got home, opened the bag. It had on it mustard, ketsup and cheese.Threw it in the garbage.
The drive-thru line was ridiculous. There were 3 cars in front of us and we waited 25 minutes to order our food. Three cars behind us left because they were smart and we were not.
