I absolutely love this place. Best breakfast sandwiches around. Real egg, delicious specialty cream cheeses, huge bagels with tons of flavor options. Add a hashbrown to your sandwich.
My son orders from here all the time. So I decided to see what all the hype was about. Now my son's a body builder so he eats this on his cheat days and I see why. Well I tried a bacon, egg, and cheese on a french toast bagel and I was hooked off the first bite. Real egg, real bacon, and really delicious ? This beat Panera hands down ?Top two for breakfast sandwiches. I used the drive thru. Three to five minutes tops for wait. I will be back! Thank you for your dedication to quality food at affordable prices.
Bagels and the sandwich combos are DELICIOUS!!! Fast and efficient. Iced coffee is pretty good too. My go-to's are the stacked breakfast sandwich with everything bagel and Turkey bacon ranch with a 3 cheese bagel. Mmm...
It doesnt matter how you explain your order. You can bring in your own order typed onto a piece of paper, verbalize it and they will still do what they want. That was the third time ive ordered “light butter” and they have put so much butter on it, its not even edible. Its quite literally all butter. How hard is it to make a bagel?NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN SICK OF COMING HERE TO TRY AND GIVE BUSINESS TO A LOCAL BUSINESS. Done.
The food is great in my opinion and the best Bagels. But literally the worst customer service. I've never had a great experience, it honestly makes me want to stop going. I'm in customer service and if I treated situations like they do I'd be fired.
Hands down the best quick delicious and cost effective breakfast for me in the morning. Coffee is great too. Small business that i hope makes it a long way. Thank you for getting me out of a McDonalds rut. Thank you for the good food and keeping the prices reasonable.
Such a great local bagel shop. Nice variety of bagels and cream cheeses. Sandwiches were flavorful and they didn't skimp on the filings. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Great bagels and cream cheeses. Personal favorites were the pretzel and jalepeno. My family consistently raves about the everything and three cheese bagels. Try the veggie cream cheese, it is fantastic!
With such a variety of bagel types, fillers and spreads, this place has what you need! The only downside in ordering is that they do not take phone or online orders, unless you use Door Dash. However, they are still speedy in their processing time and it only took 3-4 minutes to complete my order from start to finish. If planning on going through the drive thru for your order, plan accordingly and enter from the west (eastbound) direction from the mall on 422. Waiting for the line to diminish while traffic continues to pull in front can be maddening...
there's always an issue with this place. they always mess up my order somehow not to mention the food is totally overpriced for the quality. today half of my doordash order wasn't picked up. I called to let them know because I wasn't sure if it was their fault or the dasher's. the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said "well I don't know what to do about that." then disappeared for several minutes. she came back and told me to either come pick it up or contact doordash and hung up. when I looked at the avocado that fell off my sandwich it was almost black. I stopped eating it because it tasted weird. I hope I don't get sick. have given this place many chances but they won't get my service again
