Was missing food items. When I called, the man I spoke to was very helpful. He told me the next time I came in I would get the full combo that we were shorted. I went in today and first we were told our name was not in the list and we were given a hard time about getting the food that we were shorted. When we pulled up to the window the girl had a bad attitude and told us that we would not be getting a drink with the meal because that’s their policy when replacing missing food. Once we got the food we received half of the portion size they usually give. The service here is TERRIBLE. A bunch of Immature kids with no supervision. I WILL NOT go back to this location after multiple times missing food and the first time I decide to call in and say something this is the experience I have. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
This place is absolutely terrible. I don't know why anymore but I order there often. Usually always from the app. Around the time of the nacho fries promo they never had them. The app would always allow me to order them though. I know for a fact they can disable certain items from the app if they aren't available. The other gripe I have is the orders are seldom correct. Most of the times sour cream missing on items. It's a joke. Understaffed is not a excuse for doing a poor job.
The person taking our order in the drive-thru was extremely unprofessional. As I'm ordering my food she continues to interrupt me and cut me off to get me to complete my order faster when I have no cars behind me and acting as if I'm inconveniencing them in some way which discouraged me from wanting to order more, making me contemplate canceling my order entirely as I'm still processing what had just happened. After leaving I chose to not even eat my food out of concern that someone had done something to it after being that unprofessional. This visit had turned out to be a waste of my money and I won't be returning to this location for at least 6 months.
Terrible service. If I could give no stars I would. This is the only Taco Bell in my area and it’s still 25 min from my house. It never fails every time I order from here I am missing food, it’s cold, inedible . I try to call the store when food is missing no response. I even specifically ask every time they hand me the food is this everything. They always say yes and low and behold food missing. I ordered a party pack today for my kids and got all the way home only 6 tacos instead of 12. It’s getting ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this Taco Bell ever again.
They screw you at the drive thru! Worst run fast food joint in Lebanon. I don't normally post negative reviews but... The consistently poor service at this place deserves it. Fryer always broke (no fries, no nacho fry burritos, no wings for the short time they were supposed to be available), food that has to be ordered on an app (how is this "fast food"?), messed up simple orders and poor attitudes when you come back to get it fixed. Please tear this place down and put up an Arby's.
Horrible!!Ordered 2 beef chalupas and 6 taco Supreme. Got 2 chicken chalupas, WRONG meat!! NO sour cream on 6 tacos, AND had to wait 15 mins in drive thru lane AFTER ordering, in addition to the 5 or 10 minutes waiting to place order.. Food was COLD!! WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN. Don't waste your money or time. NO receipt. I would have called them and also reviewed online. Horrible!!
All staff on duty were children. No work ethics. No supervision. Missed up on several orders. Too much playing instead of working. Did not follow any food safety rules while working. After witnessing their behaviors, I paid for my food and threw it right in the garbage.
Dont waist your time or money. They dont have any care in the world food is ice cold. Employees laugh in your face. And when u call an ask for the manager on duty they claim they dont have a 1800 or corporate number. Well to bad i got it and will be calling
There has never been a time that I went here and they got my order correct. This is not an exaggeration. I always have to go back around or inside because something was incorrect or completely missing.
I'm conflicted. The biggest issue is the painfully long wait times. But then again, they are majorly understaffed. As far as customer service, they are nice enough. For food, don't get the strawberry freezes, they are gross.
