THIS PLACE IS GOOD. WHAT THEY SHOULD DO IS EXPAND THE BUFFET AREA WHICH HAS VARIETY SOMETIMES ONE STAYS TO LOOK AT THE BUFFET BECAUSE THERE ARE MISSING THINGS HERE THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE. YOU KNOW ME A RESTAURANT CONSUMER I HAVE BEEN PASSING FOR YEARS. THE PLACE IS NO LONGER LIKE IT BEFORE BUT WITH THIS MESSAGE YOU MAY HAVE THE OPTION TO IMPROVE TO SEE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR SERVICE FORMAT TO BUFFET. SO THAT YOUR BUSINESS CONTINUES GROWING. THE PLACE IS LOOSE AND THE CUSTOMER IS NOT FLOWING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE THE AREA THAT AFFECTS YOU. No serviceCame in for lunch 6/18/2022. Was greeted and seated immediately. Maybe 6 total tables during lunch hour. Sat for over 15 minutes with no server to greet us. 3 servers stood/sat at booth near entrance of kitchen, talking and laughing. After waiting longer, we left. Being a server myself, along with a slow lunch hour—very disappointed.
We visited last night and it was not good at all. The boneless wings had melted cheese on them with sauce on the side weirdest thing ever who melts cheese on wings. The spinach and artichoke dip was ice cold cheese wasnt even melted. Order of fries had shrimp in it we definitely didn't order shrimp thank god we didn't have a shell fish allergy. The zucchini with the one dinner meal was soaking in grease. The waitress didn't even ask if we wanted the food replaced just took it and then took off the bill. I definitely don't recommend this place there were only 3 tables in the whole place and we waited forever for our food.
Ordered a ribeye and was served what appeared to be a sirloin. I didn’t return it even when the server asked, not minding so long as they charged me properly. But when I got the bill, the manager had removed the entire entree from the check. This was a pleasant surprise, really appreciated this unexpected, above and beyond customer service.
This restaurant is embarrassing even for a chain and needs a complete overhaul. Last visit a week ago was told they had a half hour wait because they were busy with door dash orders. There was countless open seats and tables, not sure why this would affect the server staff. Walked out. The food is usually subpar at best, the restaurant itself is not very clean and the service is very slow. This location needs desperate help. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
worst staff I'm existence. sit for 20 minutes after the manager seats us only to be ignored by three other staff members that looked right at us. when the table next to us complained to their waitress that they waited for 1 hour for a cold meal that was wrong, that was our cue to leave. this place once was a favorite place for us, now we will not return after two consecutive visits with similar experiences.
Went in alone to get a burger. Was there an hour and 20 minutes total for 1 burger. Absolutely no get up and go with the waiter I had. The place was not even half full. Seemed like the staff was on turtle speed. Very disappointed with this visit.
The wait time was pretty long but ,the food was very well put together and tasted amazing! We had steak which had a great taste and the honey bourbon ribs fell off the bone and were delicious enough I actually ate all of the food !! The manager / chef also came to ask how the food was which was polite !! In all I have to honestly give it a 5 star !!
Sat and waited forever to receive service, they just walked passed multiple times and didn't acknowledge us, finally got someone to greet us after we served ourselves with salad bar. Finished first plate before got WATER. Not even a difficult drink!!! When we got the water the cups were absolutely disgusting with black specks floating. This used to be one of my favorite places when lived in the area, recently moved back and can promise will never return to this location!!! If there was any management working they failed! I must mention our server had no more than 8 total guests at 4 tables... I could wait tables around them!
Worst service. Wasted our time there. Cold food. Awful experience. Uncooked stake to then wait another half hour for it to still not be fully cooked. An hour to get appetizers. Half hour to get drinks. Margarita that only tasted like strawberries. Complete waste of money.
