I have been there 2 times now in the last 2 months both time my order was not correct. I went there the first time and it was wrong this time I used door dash. Too. Bad cause the chicken beats KFC
If i could give it a zero star I would. We drove all the way from frystown to go eat and the dine in restaurant still is not open. And the sign says till 9:30 or 10:00 won't go out of my way again. Terrible.
So for some reason this Popeyes is closed everyday at 9:30-10pm and the employees are outside enjoying some smokes. I don’t get it this is the 3rd time.
I made an order from doordash and they send your food where the person can open your food and drinks and do what they want to it. Not safe at all yall need to do better they bag was open and cup not sealed that's bad. If I could get it myself I would but I just had surgery not ordering from yall again until I'm able to walk. This is unsafe and sad
Fish sandwich had wrapper in it, Mac and cheese had hair in it, fries were cold, drink was watered down and when I called and told the manager it sounded like he was laughing. Never eating there again!
Cashier needs to pay more attention to customers when receiving at the window,I also ordered spicy chicken they gave me regular that crew is not organized.

This location has outstanding customer service! I had a credit card issue with a lunch order. The manager Veronica listened to my concern and was able to connect me with her management team to resolve. Everyone was courteous and professional. Food was exceptional and the office was very happy with quality. Special thanks to Veronica, Manny, Nur and Tom. Will order from them again!
I stopped in at 10:30 and your page said you were open till 11. Would be nice if you aren't going to stay open to change your hours on your page. Was craving a sandwich.
I worked in popeyes as a GM in training and I just resigned because the employees do what they want and the managers do not follow the health procedures required by the company and by the health department. The store was upset because they are its untouchables, and I have tried to communicate with the greats of the corporation without any positive response. I started working on Sep 24 and I was supposed to receive my payment today Oct 11, but as I quit they purposely delayed it to make me wait.
