The staff was very friendly. We were going to dine in, unfortunately they lack the staffing necessary to return to the usual way of dine-in. You order at the counter,and then when it's done,you get it,and sit down and eat. Drinks are in the cooler right as walk in the door. Was a little disappointed, but it's no fault of the establishment itself. They just don't have the staff to be able to return to normal. The place is clean,and like I said staff is VERY friendly. It was maybe a 10/15 wait for our food,so it was done relatively quickly. Considering I didn't see one person standing still while I was there. They were pretty busy. And they're doing a GREAT job at making the best out of what they have to work with. I recommend grabbing a bite from here. Just remember to be kind, and patient,they are doing their best. ?
I am in disbelief right now because PIZZA HUT, literally saying they don’t have any PIZZA, it their actual name and they don’t have any pizza. I’m in shock. I don’t understand, I feel like I’m getting punked right now ??♂️?

No wonder you need staff per your sign. First time here- will be my last. Lady taking order was inconvenienced by the fact I didn’t call my order in. No dine in- even though there’s no sign posted anywhere. There was a sign about leaving tips though. Of course they wouldnt miss that. No fountain drinks because it is “out of order.” What a joke.
I love pizza hut pizza over any other. But I do wish they would go back to dine in eating. You can only order curbside pick or walk in pick ☹
trying to get a human who actually works at the cumberland st store is impossible. we had to fix an online order and selected that option...that line is busy and disconnects you...tried option 3 which is to talk.about.the order immediately got disconnected...chose option 1, 2 different times and told.both people we had to correct and order...they both sound like they're in a foreign call center and barely.spoke english then transferred me only to be disconnected...what happened to customer service??? there is no service for the customer any.more
The pizza was cook perfectly, specially with the crispy pepperoni. The only con was that the order was just warm, had to reheat it a bit.

I used the app on my phone. Made it quick to order and got in in less than 15 mins. Great service and gooooood pizza
Terrible place. Tried to call and ask what time they were open till on Christmas the lady that answered picked up laughed while saying merry Christmas were closed and then hung up when they were open until 11and when we called back they said they were closed and laughed about it.will be contacting corporate about this issue
