I love Papa Johns! One of my favorites hands down. But I ordered delivery at work this past Friday 4/1/22 from the location in Lebanon PA I had to order/pay for extra pepperoncinis which is not a problem at all. We love them too that's why we ordered extra. The pizza was delivered and opened both boxes and there were only 3 pepperoncinis. I called the restaurant and they assured me they guy would be right back with them. He never showed up. Also when we attempted to eat the pizza it was very doughy and not done in the middle. I couldn't call back that night because they were already closed. I have attempted to call the past two days and have been met with attitude and not allowed to speak to a manager. The very least they could do is talk to me and refund my money. Will probably never order there again
I don't like the fact that today I ordered from them and had delivery and they ring my bell and leave my food on a dirty step I think that unprofessional iam not a dog and I won't be treated like a dog iam very upset and you got a tip cause I paid on line
I love Papa Johns. So much that we drive about 25 minutes every Friday to get my carryout order lol. Make sure you check the app for specials before you go- sides are on sale for $6 through the app! ($7.50 normally!)This one is a good one- only once in the past 4 months have I had to go back into the store because my sauces were forgotten. And they were really busy so I see how they were overlooked. Good employees, Good pizza, Good desserts, my favorite pizza. It's worth the drive lol
Every single time I call it just hung out on me I’m so professional to order he just I can’t even give them 1 star if it’s possible just 0 Is good for them this is not the first time they do that to me and my friends.
Pizza was great. Service was wonderful! Employees were so friendly. But we didn't care for the jalapeno poppers.
Ever since they came out with their epic stuffed crust I've been eating papa John's more often than I should. Well worth it and great decision on the stuffed crust
This is the first time I had a papa john's pizza not bad not bad at all.

Absolutely love their stuffed crust pizza! The workers are friendly as well
