very disappointed once again. I order Toasted bagel 2x. abd it was not Toasted. I had to go back in and request it to be Toasted. My receipt says 2x toasted. I'm done with Panera
Chicken soup was sooo salty. I know restaurants have a tendency to make soups very salty, but this was another level. And, strangely, my baguette was really flat, like someone stepped on it.I like Panera Bread in general, but I won't go to this location again. Usually the one in Hummelstown is my go to.
A def middle of the road Panera. This particular store is not as clean as the others that I have visited. Ive come and in two weekends straight, incuding today.. The inner-most set of glass doors are gross. Its full of smudges, finger prints and grossness... On the plus side the food customizations are also as asked and the staff is friendly.??♀️
bryonna was terrible she cursed out my 7 year old disabled daughter who has 4 months left to live my daughter’s favorite activity was to go to panera bread and get the broccoli cheddar cheese bread bowl soup and saturday night this creature bryonna came up to me and my disabled daughter and told her that she looked like a horse because she has facial deformities. i really would like for something to be done about this.thank youaidan and his disabled daughter
Panera in Lebanon, Pa.As I was waiting to get my food , cashier gets bagels with same hand that was touching the register. The young person at the take-out counter dropped an utensil and picked up utensil without washing hands or changing gloves. This individual then continued to prepare food. French baguette was burned on the bottom.
I'm a fan of Panera Bread personally. Love their lemonade love their iced tea usually love their service and their hospitality. They have a chicken avocado Southwest sandwiches that I love and obviously their bagels and breads continue to be very good. If you're in a pinch and you need quick food that's a little bit healthier than the Taco Bell or Burger King auctions this is the place to go. I have found over the last few years during the pandemic that their soups are out of stock quite a bit more than they used to be but I can't really hold that against them as we know all the difficulties that are going on in the world these days.
This location used to be good but has really gone down hill lately. Tried this today for lunch hoping it would be better, but it was actually worse. I ordered through the drive through and when I got back to work realized I got the wrong soup, grilled cheese was missing the bacon I paid for and no spoon. Not to mention the employees were to busy joking around with each other to actually pay attention to the customers.
Ordered two BQ chicken sandwiches and had it delivered and when we opened them up there was no chicken at all in both sandwiches. How can you forget the chicken on a BQ chicken sandwich
Only customer in the building. No acknowledgment and it took 11 minutes for 1 bagel to be ready when ordered via kiosk
They accidentally gave me the wrong order but they were super nice and quickly got me the right food
