For what they are paying employees these days, they should expect better service.Staff was rude. Drinks were not filled up completely. When we asked for the cups to be filled, the staff dumped more ice than drink.There are 3 McDonald's in Lebanon, PA. Don't go to this one.
I stopped at this McDonald’s for breakfast on my way to work and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with a Dr Pepper no ice and an extra hasbrown. Order was repeated back I said yes drove to the window and heard it repeated back again I said yes and paid. Pull up to the pick up window first get handled a Dr Pepper with ice and then my bag. I start to pull out and notice there is only one hashbrown so even though I’m on my way to work and have little time I go in to let them know I just went through gave my order and said I’m missing a hashbrown. I hear ok and then she disappears for 5 min or so to say I don’t have that order do you have a receipt? Yes but what I don’t have is 30 min to deal with this while on my way to work. So I left and notice my sand which is not a McGriddle that was repeated back twice it’s a McMuffin. So the whole order is wrong the only thing she could’ve went off was there is one order that just came through with an extra hashbrown and a Dr Pepper and knew the whole thing was wrong instead let’s just act like you’re trying to get a free hasbrown ??♂️??♂️And here’s a receipt for the extra hasbrown I didn’t receive and the wrong order which was repeated back right twice
The corporation should really consider new management for this location. Customer service is horrific. Drive thru lines are impossibly long and unorganized. The food is sloppy. Just terrible. Just throw this McDonald's away ???
The people working there tonight 02/10/ 22 at 530pm we're rude the food was cold and my big Mac was GROSS THE MEAT If you want to call it that was burnt!!!!!! I understand under staffing but there is no REASON TO BE NASTY TO COSTUMERS!!!! AND THE MANGER WAS NO DIFFERENT!!!! NEVER AGAIN THERE TO EAT!!!!!!! COME ON MCDONALD'S YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!!!!
Worst McDonald's ever I waited on drive tru for 35 minute if they where responsible they have somebody come out and say what's the problem but no they don't give a s*** about nobody and this is not the first time I have to wait for 35 minutes
They have so many screw ups the food I worked at McDonalds before and and the French fries were old at every night McDonald's should throw away the old fries and make new fries or there oil should be poured out clean up everything
This location is pretty well kept. It is often pretty busy, because there is not many other options nearby.
Horrible!Some of the staff members at the drive thru is rude, that's pale in comparison to the supervisor or manager on shift on 11/12/21, I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and an extra fries for myself the girl taking the order didn't get it correctly so I said told the server "I ordered an extra fries with the kids meal! Then OMG! Out of nowhere came this lady screaming and shouting at me and grabbing some fries holders about to go into a fit of rage. I told her I only wanted my fries rolled up my window got out of there . Never going back to McDonald's ever again
Out of the 2 McDonald's open 24/7 in Lebanon, this one is definitely better.Normal service, order is correct. The reason I'll even rate this 5 stars is because of how HORRIBLE the other McDonald's is in Lebanon. Working 2nd shift, I've had to stop at the 12th and Maple late and I've never had a good experience. Either they completely ignore you until you leave or the workers can't be bothered because their listening to their headphones singing and dancing so it's "What do you want" and hand out for the money, wait 45 minutes (not an exaggeration) and order still wrong. I cant recall a time after 11pm when I didn't wait less than 20 minutes. Yes, I could've left but already paid and I've just wanted to see how ridiculously long it would be. Anyway this McDonald's is 200% better than other locations in Leb. Go here for a quick bite!
My Doordash order from this place was missing the French fries completely from my order and the burgers were thrown together haphazardly with half of them sticking straight out of the bun... Doordash and other food delivery services aren't cheap and I'm out of $15 now... Come on guys...
