we were just at McDonald's and ordered a simple iced latte thru the app to be efficient. arrived at the drive thru and gave our order # at 6:18pm... they finally brought our drink out to the holding parking spot at 6:38pm... 20 freaking minutes for a drink! never again! Lebanon McDs... do better!!!!
Very nice establishment for fast food service. We always go inside and place our orders. The only problem was we placed our own order in person with an actual employee who, one we could barely understand because of the plexiglas separation and two the only register open had several issues and the employee had to call over the assistant manager three times! Otherwise once everything was corrected our order was actually waiting on us as we finished up with the employee. Now on the other hand the food we ordered was spot on and hot. This is probably one of if not the only McDonald's in Lebanon County Pennsylvania that is desirable to us for a few reasons, cleanliness is essential and well done. And as I said the food has always been good and hot when we receive it. Located along East Cumberland Street and Rt. 422 in Lebanon County Pennsylvania .
Xavier was very helpful to me. He made me a fresh decaf and made sure his coworker was aware that I was waiting, as he had to take his break. He was thoughtful and courteous.
Pretty pathetic. I got 2 happy meals for my kids. Not sure why they bother putting french fry boxes in there if all they do is dump them upside down. Almost positive one of them didn't have anything in it.
They seem to be short handed. I waited a while. However, the person who took my order was so sweet and polite and helpful. Nice place.
Horrible .ordered happy meals for my autistic kids .got cold food .forgot my food .gave coke instead of sprite .asked for a refund .wanted me to give my kids the cold food .and make my mc chickens. Absolutely horrible .and this was the manager .she should 100% be fired
McDonald's for some reason I think has gotten worse through the years. As a kid it was the best and now as an adult I can't even eat more then 1 cheeseburger without feeling sick to my stomach
The management in the evening shift are not professionals. I do not know how an international restaurant appoints management who do not respect customers and wait for a long time because everyone is busy with his phone, so let’s not forget about a request that is not complete, and when you complain, they do not accept it, and this problem is not with the morning team because the management are professionals
The quality of food for a McDonald’s is good, it’s the best McDonald’s in the area. However, the way they deal with a backed up drive through line is infuriating. Having me wait in the parking lot in a random parking spot with no clue if I’m getting the right order or even my food is frustrating to say the least!!
It says 24 hours but when I got there at 3am they said they were not taking anymore orders because they needed to do some cleaning and work in order to switch over to breakfast. But there was two cars in front of me. You are open 24 hours you shouldn't deny someone's business for no reason.
